Pros

I like being able to see the notes from Bandwidth in the order. The staff is DASH is always helpful.

Cons

I would like to be able to check the status of project ports in the portal. For Toll Free porting, we cannot select customer activation. Toll Free ports are trigger automatically.

The ease of it, everything is very conveniently placed. The orders load quickly and rejects are typically given in a quick manner

Cons

When resubmitting for a JEOP, we cannot put the order in resubmitted status, we must wait for a BW employee to submit and then wait 3 days

A+ Customer service. I worked with them many times, and even on issues that took an extended time to resolve, he maintained near constant communication throughout the entire thing. This company is the definition of support, and they don't stop.

Cons

Nothing to say is least liked, this company provides a phenomenal product and backs it up with amazing customer service!

I'm able to use this tool more because of how efficient the tool is. Much better than Voip, Verizon, Level 3 and Onvoy.

Pros

I love how user friendly the portal is; it makes my job easier! I get to get things done quickly by the simple tabs I'm provided with.

Cons

I wish some of the rejection notifications would be easier to understand; it would help to make things even more faster for my job.

Pros

Good customer support, over all the software is easy to use. Overall layout is clean and doesn't have too many distractions.

Cons

Wish there was a little better navigation between searching records and viewing a record. If I open a record and then need to open another record, I have to either click the back button (Which is not always the best option) or I have to do a entirely new search.

Cons

We would like additional information returned to us on some of the errors and exceptions with the porting process.

Pros

\- The documentation and API service adds phone connectivity to most apps in under 10 lines of code. It's kind of incredible. - It's a pay as you go service, so users don't need to worry about paying for unused subscriptions - It's also cheap

Cons

\- The dashboard systems are hard to navigate. I only use the texting and phone number API, but it seems like I'd need to create a new account for a 911 API. It's strange.

efficient TN management

Pros

The portals are fast, efficient and easy to use. Modifying TNs specifically is much simpler than other platforms I've used and administration is a breeze

Cons

There isn't any issues I've had with this software to be quite honest, it has always been easy and simple to use.

I have everything I need from a provider standpoint. Between the e911, SMS and LNP dashboard's APIs I have access to all the information I need to automate my internal processes.

Pros

The Bandwidth portal is easy to use for what I need. I feel like as customers we are provided a higher level of control from other providers

Cons

It's lacking in some basic reporting. I feel like the dashboard should give me some stats, but other than that nothing major. Just some stuff to fill the gaps.

Bandwidth offers functionality for ordering phone numbers and enables routing SMS/MMS text messages which are both good benefits.

Pros

Once the software is engineered it appears to be fairly stable. Customer support is also very responsive and can be helpful.

Cons

The software features are chaotically split so that ordering telephone numbers uses an entirely different API and standard than sending text messages. The application platform must have credentials to access the dashboard API. In addition, the documentation for a single API can easily be very misleading.

Bandwidth seems keen on making improvements to better their service and their customer experience. Customer service has been quick and effective in the situations I reached out.

Pros

The recent all inclusive dashboard/portal makes it easy to keep a hands-on approach to all the details on each DID.

Cons

Porting can be a bit of a hassle as it's not always clear what the reason is for a rejection or how to fix it.

Pros

Bandwidth is usually really good when I provision numbers for use. Set up is very simple, also setting up CID is super easy.

Cons

My only issue is, customer support team is super helpful, but my issues seem to keep going on. Anytime I have LRN issues it never gets resolved and i'll end up having to port away.

I like that changes are easy to make, and that there are so many options, to forward numbers for example, and to make cnam updates.

Cons

I don't like that there are different portals. It would be nice to have support, DIDs, e911, etc., all under one portal.

The service that I received from my onboarding team and my sales team is the best that I have experienced in the last 20 years. Due to the attention to detail and the actual felt care of each of the team members that took care of my account is something that cannot be forced or paid to do. I give this team 10 stars our 5. Thank you for all your support.

Cons

I have yet to find something that I don't like. This question stumped me as I could not find anything that I do not like.

Price and service!

Pros

I think we all are stuck between the customer and the vendor and need to do our best to make sure everyone is taken care of, support team stepped in for me on more than one occasion to make sure my customer made the impossible deadlines. I cannot say thank you enough for what Bandwidth accomplished!

Cons

The only think I see as a con is after hours support is on call and every minute you wait when you have an issue seems like an hour!

The ability to easily organize our phone numbers into sub accounts and locations. Easily being able to acquire numbers in certain rate centers and locations.

Pros

The ease of use of the portal was fantastic. It is far and above other providers that we have worked with in the past. The onboarding team and account rep were very responsive through the whole process.

Cons

The fact that the 911, support and dashboards websites require separate accounts and logins for each.

Ability to offer telephone numbers from any area of the United States.

Pros

Easy to use provisioning and expansive selection of DID availability. Bandwidth implementation team specialist have excellent knowledge of the product and platform.

Cons

Better search tools for vanity and block numbered DID numbers. Would love to see a porting dashboard showing all port cases that can be sorted by port date, DID number, etc.

Low touch new number Provisioning, Phone Number Dashboard API, honest trust site (status.bandwidth) and a easy to use portal.

Cons

The slight complexity of porting larger amounts of numbers that needed to be split out. This however was supported by Bandwidth through a 'Project Port' moving forward and helped simplify the larger porting orders submitted.

Same as above. Efficient and user friendly. I like how the user is able to set up notifications to be alerted when any orders are changed or updated.

Cons

The drop down menu options sometimes feel a little clunky. Sometimes they move too quickly and when I attempt to select an option, I either end up selecting nothing or the wrong selection.

The navigational features and automated messages providing status on pending orders that are not able to be fulfilled during the initial order process.

Cons

It would be helfpul if the link to open a support ticket was automatically associated with the login that you're using instead of having to login via a different part of the system.
