Pricing-wise its a bit steep, but surely the best avaliable in the market. **Pros:** Perfect results even for foreign languages (namely portuguese), very clear results with variable audio quality. **Cons:** Pricing is a bit weird, as it hardly ever allows you to know how much you are going to be paying in the end of the month. Very accurate program for Spanish and English transcriptions. Speaker recognition is 6/10 but that's not that important, the accuracy is what really matters here. The interface is very user friendly and I like that you can download an entire folder insted of donwloading each transcript individually. **Cons:** 22 usd monthly just to keep an account active is just too much and not worth it if you have few audios/videos to transcribe.
