The only thing missing was including a button for the buyer to confirm that they received the product correctly. I suggested this to technical support and they included it in less than 20 days. So now it is super complete. As a chief product officer by trade, there are many incomplete elements to the WeDevs product suite. Pros The product will serve 80% of your use case but finer requirements will lead to a team that run off a script, which essentialy leads to the products overall downfall. Cons The product is simplistic in design and implementation, with very little room for getting you to the final product. We bought the entire suite, dokan mobile app, dokan cloud (unnecessary product) wepos (bad product), delivery app and in the inplementation team through the support use the same script relating to supposed errors (splash screen design, wp login etc). Very slow in implentation. Subscription cancelations run into 404 error pages (by design), to ensure that your request to unsubscribe isnt finalized. You have to do this multiple time ans may get it right. They also do no give refunds on autorenewals. Pros The customer support was very good, as after weeks of issues with the wordpress plugin, they scheduled a video call to help solve the issue, and the people there were very kind, and fixed the problem within an hour whilst we were on the call with them. No support which leads me to spend even more money hiring developers to figure out my issues. Pros Lots of add-ons and vast control over what you and your vendors can do. Cons The price point is one. You can get a lot more for your money with WCFM and way better customer support. Dokan has little to NO SUPPORT in the time frame most e-commerce sites need. You pay $250 for the ability to pay vendors and it can't even do that correctly now that PayPal Adaptive pay is depreciated. Changing MultiVendor Plugins immediately as of this week and not looking back. If you want to run an e-commerce multivendor site and need some type of support? Look elsewhere and stay FAR away from Dokan. It's a great plugging if you're a developer, for everyone else it leaves you in the dark with half worded documents and very hard to understand integration. Good support, sometimes after a few days, but all questions are always answered. Even small customizations are done from their end. Cons Perhaps the admin for vendors could be simplified like other mutivendor solutions, since vendors are not that technical. The old and new shipping functionality do not seamlessly work together yet, when old shipping is not active, it means that shipping terms etc pages are removed! This is not very good for our sellers. A very good software that meets all our requirements. Easy to configure and works just well. Support is stunning. I have always been getting excellent support, however I must mention about the support I got in the recent past. Our license expired due an expired card issue. The auto renewal did not work despite processing payment. Catherine understood the criticality of the issue, went out of her way, to escalate internally and got it fixed. Ho dovuto imparare e capire, ma poi ora ho un multi venditore decisamente apprezzabile. Inoltre usando woocomerce come base, salvo delle specifiche interazioni, si può utilizzare molti plugin woo senza grandi problemi. Solo quelli che interagiscono con i venditori devono essere compatibili. Devo dire che ad ogni aggiornamento si vedono un sacco di correzioni ai bug e ho anche visto 2 o 3 moduli nuovi. Programmando, so quanti bug possono spuntare, quindi queste continue correzioni mi fanno presupporre che hanno un team attivo e lavoratore dietro le spalle. Non posso confrontarlo con altri plugin, ma nel complesso continuo a trovarmi bene. Pros Con i templare è veramente possibile personalizzare molto il proprio sito. All'inizio non è stato facile capire la struttura, ma alla fine è fluida e ora la rivolto facilmente. Alla fine la struttura che offre è buona, non è possibile valutare il meglio, ma confermo che mi trovo bene. Devo dire fanno un sacco di sconti ogni tot mesi.. quindi se si decide di utilizzare gli sconti, il prezzo è quasi dimezzato. questo è buono! Cons Le guide ci sono, ma sulla programmazione son veramente poche. In compenso in rete si trovano guide abbastanza adeguate. Fate solo attenzione al rinnovo automatico dell'abbonamento: è predisposto in automatico. Se volete che faccia tutto lui tenetelo pure, se invece volete valutare volta per volta è meglio annullare il rinnovo abbonamento. Pros It was quick to set up. That's it. No other redeeming qualities in the long-term. Cons TONS of bugs. I experienced constant issues. And when I brought these issues up with their technical support, I was confronted with total incompetence. So frustrating. They don't read messages, they don't troubleshoot, and I doubt the proper QA before release. The biggest bug, payment processing was broken so that 10-20% of my transaction would error out. In e-commerce, that's a death nail. Support was no help, it took over 2 MONTHS. There are constant grammar errors across this software, both in the front end an administrator end. Really unprofessional. Page designs are terrible and dated. To top it all off, I canceled. Well guess what, they tried to charge my card for renewal anyway! I literally renewed the Dokan pro license last month and am counting down the days so i can use somebody else. This is a shocking way to treat a customer who’s businesses is now on hold. If you are looking into using it, join their Facebook group - thousands of users are frustrated with the constant bugs, and many are looking to hire developers to fix them independently. We spent thousands of dollars that we were not planning on spending but had no choice , it just creeped up on us. And with every upgrade they introduce new bugs!!!!
