Pros The customer support was very good, as after weeks of issues with the wordpress plugin, they scheduled a video call to help solve the issue, and the people there were very kind, and fixed the problem within an hour whilst we were on the call with them. Cons Initially, there were a few bugs with setting the plugin up on our site, but after a video call with the support team, the issues were fixed. As a chief product officer by trade, there are many incomplete elements to the WeDevs product suite. Pros The product will serve 80% of your use case but finer requirements will lead to a team that run off a script, which essentialy leads to the products overall downfall. Cons The product is simplistic in design and implementation, with very little room for getting you to the final product. We bought the entire suite, dokan mobile app, dokan cloud (unnecessary product) wepos (bad product), delivery app and in the inplementation team through the support use the same script relating to supposed errors (splash screen design, wp login etc). Very slow in implentation. Subscription cancelations run into 404 error pages (by design), to ensure that your request to unsubscribe isnt finalized. You have to do this multiple time ans may get it right. They also do no give refunds on autorenewals. The app is very basic, no extra features, but very straight forward and works good. Pros It's well tested by the developers before selling. Good support, sometimes after a few days, but all questions are always answered. Even small customizations are done from their end. Cons Perhaps the admin for vendors could be simplified like other mutivendor solutions, since vendors are not that technical. A very good software that meets all our requirements. Easy to configure and works just well. Support is stunning. I have always been getting excellent support, however I must mention about the support I got in the recent past. Our license expired due an expired card issue. The auto renewal did not work despite processing payment. Catherine understood the criticality of the issue, went out of her way, to escalate internally and got it fixed. It really helped to bring the business BAU during our key festival season. THANK YOU. Cons I can't think of any. I literally renewed the Dokan pro license last month and am counting down the days so i can use somebody else. This is a shocking way to treat a customer who’s businesses is now on hold.
