Pros: For Prendio, I really like the ease of use, strong customer support system, the fact that it is built specifically for biotech, the internal catalog, Prendio's ability to integrate with top suppliers and the discounted pricing that can be easily in the software. I have used other programs in the past where you can submit an order to a vendor and it goes into a sort of "black hole"; with Prendio, it is super easy to see order status and know which orders are pending or complete and ready to ship. Orders are never lost because the web-based software never "times out" like some other applications. If you are in the middle of creating a cart and you close the screen, the cart will be automatically saved. You can also create a new cart from a past order and save carts for things that you order monthly etc. This is a very helpful feature!
Cons: It would be nice to see a mobile application for iPhone or Android in a future release. The software is very capable but could look more aesthetically pleasing.

Pros: Prendio makes it easy to organize requisitions, follow up on orders, and keep records efficiently
Cons: As users expand, sometimes there can be a small lag time when utilizing certain features (searching for POs)
"Functional, but clunky to work with"
Pros: I can make orders in a central interface and track progress, but that's what any tool like this should do as a very basic requirement.
Cons: I can't right click and 'open in a new tab' to view multiple POs or carts at once. If you filter a search, then click on something in the search, then go back, you have to redo the filtering. But you can't right click from the search to open it in a new window to prevent this issue.

Overall: Fabulous interface. Extremely easy to use and teach.
Pros: The ease of use. It is literally like shopping at Amazon.
Cons: The software is new, so I know they are working through some bugs that cause the system to run slow at times.
"Helpful from a finance officer's point of view"
Pros: I mostly use this software to run reports for finance. I can always find the information that I need easily and the reports are emailed to me, which I like.
Cons: The biggest con I can think of is also kind of a pro... There are so many different reports that sometimes it takes a while to find the one that works best. That being said, there is a report for everything you might want to look at.
