## What is C2Perform?

A cloud based contact center performance management suite that combines QA, training, coaching, knowledge base and employee engagement. In addition, agent level KPIs can be displayed to the agent. The operational suite automates many of the manual tasks within the contact center. It won the 2015 Innovation award from PACE and is a 2016 CIO Review Magazine Top 20 technologies to watch. Overall it’s a good tool to use if you need some ideas on how to be a good administrator or teacher.

Pros

I really liked this software because it helped me train my coworkers and new hires. It showed me how to implement new strategies into my teaching that i would have never thought of. It helped me become a better teacher.

Cons

I didn’t agree with everything on the software. some of the options it gave me i didn’t like but i think it has to do with the type of person you are and how you want to teach others.

Pros

I enjoy the fluidity of the product. It was very beneficial and useful in terms of allowing me to use it in ways that supported my needs.

Cons

I had some issues with understanding and finding items on the interface. i found things a bit complicated from the get go, but this may be because I do not specialize in training. My partners did not have these issues.

We are better able to manage our call center. It allows us to perform eLearning, provide our agents with a Knowledge Base, perform Quality Assurance and record our coaching sessions. It is a great tool for us.
