Website customization as per our business need and delivery of it is on time and perfect. Overall the Software and Website developed was good and also support from the company is 24 X 7 provided.
The best and most reliable MLM software, with good after-sales service.
It was truly a delight to partner with sankalp and they are among the best in the industry today. The team has been very responsive.

However, after meeting with them and using their services, my worries disappeared.
At first, I had many concerns working with Ventaforce, mainly because I was worried about working with people from different countries.
Little expensive than my previous MLM Software Provider.

"Achieve-able In the End "
Overall: The experience was good, it was always up and down and tried to explain a lot in the beginning, and even after explaining stuff we found issues in the system, but Mamta and her team understood and got the work done quite nicely.
Pros: Their system, which is already there and they can do any sort of customization on that for any customer.
Cons: Understanding, and this has been our main concern regarding make sure you got it what we explained.

Overall: Overall Experience with Sankalp is very nice and always they treat there Customers benefit and try to help to automate the system with various features to ease members work as well as admin such as with KYC API integrations, Whatassp Integrations, Email Integrations, SMS Integrations in system which helps user understand at each step what are the events happening and all our members our happy and easy Ecommerce purchase flow for products.
Pros: Support and the guidance by the BA [sensitive content hidden] and from sales department and considering our all difficulties. Every time they have considered the discount in costing and helped the business boost and also provide us the USER MANUAL for major modules such as inventory & sales related and wallet and which ever is necessary for software making the learning very easy and user friendly
Cons: thorough this journey of more than 1 year we have not witnessed any such cons with the Ventaforce product but one of the suggestions would be to have more design templates with White Background.

Cons: If Sankalp has a Logistics Partners associated / in built in their system will be an added advantage for the clients.
