That way we work faster and we are able to produce more offers in a shorter amount of time. It is also a simple way to issue invoices and advances which is an excellent feature. We used to manually create documents and each change in the program resulted in tedious editing and that took a lot of time. Travel Ray provided us with the solution we were looking for. It performs the tiring operative process instead of us and we can finally focus on nurturing the relationships with our partners. We don't have clients anymore, now we have friends. Pros We used to create offers, vouchers and other documents manually, that's just how business was and still is with many DMCs like mine. With new times come new technology and we upgraded our business to a software that automated most of the work so that we can focus on what really matters; nurturing the relationships with our partners. Travel Ray provided us with the perfect solution. Now I only look back to count all the work hours I saved. Cons Search boxes seemed complicated at first, but with use it grew on me.
