We needed a reporting tool/platform that will not only allow us to add multiple data sources but that will also allow our clients to create and customize their own reports without breaking the bank. Pros We are able to easily add multiple databases, create relationships and give our users the ability to create their own reports, dashboards and different types of reporting such as graphs, pie and tabular format Cons There has to be some level of education to the end users to be able to efficiently use the products as you need to really know the tables and fields in the database level. Something which users are not exposed to. Also when you have a database with many tables, it tends to be a little bit slow to load in the admin section. Other less flexible solutions would require a lot more customization or would just be impossible to implement. Nice and clean interface for users. Our clients are loving what they can do with these reports! The Dotnet team has been a pleasure to work with. VERY responsive too. Cons Some features could use updates for more functionality.
