There has been a learning curve for myself and my team and more customer support would have been great. Cons Trying to change prices on items is a little clunky and hard to maneuver. Adding in new products is also a challenge. It would be great to have this option in the proposal to + a new price or product. " July 21, 2020 5.0 Processes involving client interactions have been streamlined and having a fully accessible database to go to has become invaluable. Pros I think the best feature this software offers is the ability to house all of your contacts and interactions. It goes a step further and allows you to correspond directly from the site and save all of your contracts for review/safekeeping. Each process is easy to understand and the available customer service is great. Very helpful and efficient. Cons Nothing honestly. The software works great for what I use it for. Cons I dont like that reps can see other rep's account notes, emails, etc. I just want them to see whos account it is, not the goings-on in the background. March 16, 2020 5.0 ASG is great so far, I am on the road a lot and still manage to work from my mobile, iPad and or laptop when needed. Pros ASG has helped in so many ways with my job, however, one of the features that stands out to me is the f/u reminder feature. With talking to so many people throughout the day, sometimes its easy to loose track on who you are needing to follow-up on. ASG makes it so I never miss getting back to my next potential client. Cons The software on the mobile phone could be a bit more user friendly. If there could eventually be an app for ASG that would be the best going forward!
