Always reducing the quality of the free service!

Pros

Easy to use and convenient tracking summary

Cons

YAMM has unfortunately been gradually reducing the effectiveness of it's free service. Initially, you could send 50 emails a day and get this bumped up by an extra 50 for each person you referred to also use YAMM. Then YAMM took away the referral bonus and capped it at 50 emails a day. In the past week or so, YAMM has appeared to cap the daily limited at 20 emails a day so it's not really worthwhile using the service. I was tempted to pay for YAMM because of the ability to schedule emails but the scheduling functionality looks very basic. I'd like to be able to schedule batches to go out each day but YAMM appears to only let you schedule one batch at a time. There are other free ways to send out emails which I'll need to get back into.

Hello James, You say you've been using our tool for free over two years. A one year plan costs $50 / year. And yet you prefer to spend the time filing bad reviews everywhere rather than purchasing a cheap plan. This is not very nice.

Pros

A possibilidade de trabalhar com os filtros e organizar as campanhas de email direto da planilha do google sheets torna tudo muito mais prático. O monitoramento dos emails também fica em uma coluna na mesma planilha.

Cons

A falta de follow ups automáticos realmente é um ponto muito negativo. É uma função essencial presente na grande maioria dos softwares de email marketing

The service and support is excellent. It's incredibly straightforward what's going on, and being able to get test emails is wonderful. There is so much documentation about every aspect of managing a campaign and templating that I can't recommend it enough. I hope they've fixed the problem of users logged into Google with multiple accounts.

Pros

Drafting emails in GMail and having them show up in the plug-in when starting a merge from Google Sheets is incredibly easy. I really like the amount of documentation they provide to customize emails and templates. One great feature is that it'll change the attachments included depending on the individual or other rules.

Cons

After a few years this wouldn't show as connected to my account when I had multiple Google accounts registered. The only answer was to open the browser in incognito mode and log into Google again, which was a royal pain. Unfortunately, in the end, this led me to go to another service.

Reasons for choosing Yet Another Mail Merge

From a quick Google search YAMM had a lot of support from other users, and the cost was really inexpensive.

Pros

YAMM was helpful when we were first building our inside sales program, though we quickly outgrew it as a business. It's a great introduction to mail merge software and their freemium model makes it a good place to start.

Cons

We frequently ran into annoying little bugs, the UI isn't great, and you're upcharged for a lot of features that should just be in the basic subscription.

I am using this solution for so long and it really helps me getting response from prospective customers. Email campaigns can also be created using its readily available templates. Multiple user options is also there with premium subscription with low cost.

Pros

The part of Yet Another Mail Merge is the campaign tracking system which provides genuine responses of the campaign. Also, I like the easy process of running a campaign with quick simple steps.

Cons

Nothing to dislike about the software because it has everything you need for email marketing

It helped me a lot in my initial days of joining this company. I had a little bit of knowledge of email campaigns but after using YAMM I become a complete maestro in email marketing.

Pros

Email templates are good in YAMM which are readily available to use. Email tracking is also a great feature where I can track the recipient's actions towards my emails.

Cons

Nothing to dislike. The product has it all.

Great! We purchase YAMM for our \[SENSITIVE CONTENT\] 1.5 years ago, and it has been a vital add-on.

Pros

I love YAMM - we use it regularly to send out batches of invitations that look personalized. We don't use it a ton to send personalized attachments, but I know that is a feature.

Cons

I wish that YAMM had more options for recipients to auto reply (I like the Yes / No click feature, but wish you could do more).

The overall experience is really nice.

Pros

The best thing about using it is that it saves a lot of time in sending emails. One can send emails in bulk but yet personalized . It also keeps tracks of all the emails that are sent. It provides details like delivered emails, bounced emails, read emails.

Cons

I did not find any challenge while using it.
