Value for Money

Pros: The speed at which complex customer journeys can be implemented on any channel of my choosing. The drag and drop interface is simple and very intuitive to use. The graphical format also aids future maintenance of previously created services.

Cons: Difficult to initially justify the cost to the business. Customers need to make the shift to digital communication before any savings can be realised. However customers cannot fully make the shift until IMI Connect is bought and paid for so there needs to be a measure of trust that this will happen.
