Pros: * programmer open to ideas / changes that make system work better for our needs

* simplicity in use for our care workers and admins

Cons: Having the time as an admin to understand all the functions and changes as it is constantly developing

Overall: Makes the communication between head office and staff (employees working remotely) extremely easy considering they are remote.

Record keeping through the system has also been seamless and make our job very easy especially when needing to track when urgent.
