Pros

  • We have observed that pop-ups are one of our favorite features to use since we have the ability to re-engage with our customer base with confidence, and finally convert them into devoted clients.

  • We started this collaboration in 2018 and we’re more than delighted with the platform and our customer success team.

  • Communicating news about services, to existing clientele, or to prospects ,that can be viewed at their own convenient is a great advantage.

  • The friendly UX together with the helpful and motivating support team are considered the competitive assets of the platform. I strongly recommend Contact pigeon against any other alternative.

Cons

  • In fact, I can’t think of anything that bothers me.

  • There’s not a single thing that had bothered us so far.

  • Using ContactPigeon has no drawbacks to write about.

  • Both the platform and our partners are great, we have no reason to list anything negative.

Overall: ContactPigeon has proven to be an invaluable asset in our marketing efforts since 2017. The platform has streamlined our communication processes and provided us with detailed insights into user behavior. We look forward to the continued enhancement of their platform and to adding even more channels to our marketing strategy.

Pros: ContactPigeon offers a robust integration with Viber Apifon, enabling seamless messaging and detailed analytics. The communication with their team has been consistent and reliable, with regular bi-weekly meetings that effectively address our needs. Their platform provides effective tools for user filtering and statistical analysis, significantly enhancing our marketing strategies. Additionally, they are introducing a chat feature and have shown proactive support for additional projects, such as our secondary site.

Cons: Despite some challenges, their reliability and proactive support have been commendable.

"Reliable platform and a very friendly team"

Overall: We've been using ContactPigeon since 2020. We can safely say that the platform is reliable and has all the necessary tools for effective marketing campaigns.

Pros: ContactPigeon has a lot of efficient automated features that simplify campaign creation and management. The platform is easy to navigate and although we haven’t used it to its full potential, the features we have used so far have increased audience engagement.

Cons: We haven't encountered any issues so far. We are looking forward to digging deeper in the platform’s features.

"Easy to work on with powerful features!"

Pros: The thing I like most is the ease of use with many easy to use menus and the features it provides. Also, customer service is one of the strongest points of the platform with direct communication for any guidance.

Cons: I believe that the level of ready-made visuals lags behind the competition, although it has great possibilities for customization.

"Easy email campaign management and great AI assistant."

Overall: I am using the platform for a lot of different types of campaigns, like push notifications. Also, cloning campaigns makes the creation of newsletters a lot more efficient.

Pros: The platform is very helpful. All these capabilities make the preparation of the campaigns so much easier and faster. For example, the AI assistant for the subject lines, the multicolumn, and the integration of the product catalog are great for my newsletters.

Cons: Nothing significant to mention here. Probably the push notification preview could be a little more reflective of the final campaign, right now it’s not always accurate.

"Best omnichannel platform to improve your business."

Overall: All in all, we are satisfied with the platform that ContactPigeon offers. We have activated automations like, browse abandonment, cart abandonment, new arrivals, welcome automation, welcome reminders, sign-up pop-ups, and abandoned carts. We also send push notifications and email campaigns which are successful. We have seen great results in our revenue and business.

Pros: A platform where you can boost your business and your revenue as well. We have been using ContactPigeon’s platform since January 2024 and have seen great results.

Cons: Nothing to mention. We are satisfied with everything.
