Pros

The platform has helped us in setting up and managing automations such as abandoned cart, browse abandonment, and birthday campaigns. With these sequences, we can keep communication active with customers without having to build everything manually each time. We also like that the platform gives us options to build more targeted segments. For example, we have looked into segmenting customers by location and are now discussing high-spending segments and embedded product recommendation pop-ups.

Cons

Some areas need a bit of explanation before they become clear, especially reporting and attribution. Also, advanced segmentation can take some time to get comfortable with. But the team is always there to help whenever we need and give us new ideas for our business.

Pros

ContactPigeon gives us one place to manage emails, automations, push notifications, and pop-ups, which has made our customer communication easier to organize. The team is supportive and always there when we need assistance. The platform has played a key role in boosting our sales and revenue since March 2023. Generally, we are satisfied with the platform and the features that it provides us with, and we want to explore ContactPigeon’s new feature, Menura AI.

Cons

We don’t have anything negative to mention, just the occasional lag of the platform, but it’s insignificant.

ContactPigeon has everything we need to manage our clients' marketing campaigns. It’s a great tool showing good engagement levels, especially with open rates. The support team has been great, responsive, and very easy to work with.

Cons

The platform could feel more modern in terms of usability. For instance, when scheduling campaigns, older dates still appear in the system, which can be confusing.

Pros

We’ve been using ContactPigeon across three different accounts, and the experience has been positive in general. The automated sequences help us stay relevant, top-of-mind, and hyper-personalized, something very important for us and our client base. Segmentation is also quite useful, and we regularly create different audiences depending on buying patterns. We also use it for newsletters and landing pages, with the platform covering all our needs.

Cons

As a whole, the experience has been great, but the only downside is that some technical implementations take time.

Pros

We like that we can continuously expand our use of the platform. We started with basic automations and now also use price drop, new arrivals, and push notifications. It gives us flexibility to build journeys step by step.

Cons

Pop-up setup could be easier. Sometimes it takes a bit of trial and error. However, we are extremely satisfied with the support that we receive whenever we need it.

We mainly use the platform for email marketing, and it has been very effective, performing well. It’s good for combining different channels like email, onsite, and push. Recently, we also started working on a cart page pop-up with product recommendations, which is something we didn’t have before.

Cons

Some things take longer than expected to implement. However, it isn’t a major issue. Our overall experience has been positive.

Handling our clients’ campaigns is simpler and easier with ContactPigeon’s platform. We mainly use it for email marketing, push notifications, and on-site pop-ups. Scheduling campaigns and coordinating different channels around promotions or seasonal campaigns have become a lot easier.

Cons

The platform occasionally feels a bit slow when navigating between sections or loading campaign data. It does not happen constantly, and that is why it isn’t a big issue.

Pros

We run automations that have been easy to set up, and we have seen great results. We also like the ability to create pop-ups and target new subscribers. Custom campaign landing pages are another useful option when we want to target visitors with more personalized actions.

Cons

I would like a more modern design and interface, but performance-wise, I am satisfied with the results and our partnership.

Pros

Cart and browse recovery flows are easy to set up and effective. The dynamic coupon pop-ups are useful for growing our subscriber base. One feature we use a lot is custom landing pages. The platform gives us the possibility to personalize it, which in turn creates a more tailored experience for the visitor.

Cons

All in all, t’s been very smooth, we’ve seen great results, however some more advanced implementations require guidance from the team.
