Pros

The platform enables strong omnichannel communication by effectively combining Email, Viber, and on-site Pop-ups to engage customers across multiple touchpoints. It also supports automations and Price Drop campaigns, which help drive timely and relevant interactions. The support team has also been reliable whenever we needed guidance.

Cons

The segmentation and automation setup can be complex at the beginning, especially if you’re trying to build more detailed flows from the start.

Pros

We like that we can continuously expand our use of the platform. We started with basic automations and now also use price drop, new arrivals, and push notifications. It gives us flexibility to build journeys step by step.

Cons

Pop-up setup could be easier. Sometimes it takes a bit of trial and error. However, we are extremely satisfied with the support that we receive whenever we need it.

We mainly use the platform for email marketing, and it has been very effective, performing well. It’s good for combining different channels like email, onsite, and push. Recently, we also started working on a cart page pop-up with product recommendations, which is something we didn’t have before.

Cons

Some things take longer than expected to implement. However, it isn’t a major issue. Our overall experience has been positive.

Pros

Handling our clients’ campaigns is simpler and easier with ContactPigeon’s platform. We mainly use it for email marketing, push notifications, and on-site pop-ups. Scheduling campaigns and coordinating different channels around promotions or seasonal campaigns have become a lot easier.

Cons

The platform occasionally feels a bit slow when navigating between sections or loading campaign data. It does not happen constantly, and that is why it isn’t a big issue.

Pros

We run automations that have been easy to set up, and we have seen great results. We also like the ability to create pop-ups and target new subscribers. Custom campaign landing pages are another useful option when we want to target visitors with more personalized actions.

Cons

I would like a more modern design and interface, but performance-wise, I am satisfied with the results and our partnership.

Pros

Cart and browse recovery flows are easy to set up and effective. The dynamic coupon pop-ups are useful for growing our subscriber base. One feature we use a lot is custom landing pages. The platform gives us the possibility to personalize it, which in turn creates a more tailored experience for the visitor.

Cons

All in all, t’s been very smooth, we’ve seen great results, however some more advanced implementations require guidance from the team.

ContactPigeon has been a very effective platform for managing lifecycle marketing across several ecommerce brands we work with. The system allows us to set up behavioral automations like abandoned cart recovery, browse abandonment flows, and personalized product recommendations that run continuously in the background. Another advantage is the ability to combine multiple engagement channels, including email, push notifications, and onsite pop-ups. This helps brands stay connected with customers both during their browsing session and after they leave the site. We also appreciate the flexibility of tools like landing pages and onsite messaging, which allow marketing teams to launch campaigns quickly without relying on developers. Overall, it helps retailers turn anonymous visitors into subscribers and create structured customer journeys that support retention and repeat purchases.

Cons

The only minor issue we have noticed relates to reporting when different currencies are involved. Occasionally, euro and leva values can appear together in the revenue reports, which may require a quick manual clarification when reviewing performance.

Pros

We mainly use ContactPigeon for lifecycle automations, and it has helped us organize several important flows for our clients. Abandoned cart and browse abandonment automations are active, along with push notifications for both scenarios, which help us reach customers when they show intent but don’t complete the purchase. The onboarding and collaboration with the team have been smooth, and we are also preparing to launch Menura.

Cons

The segmentation and automation interface could be more user-friendly. It works well once you get familiar with it, but at the beginning, it can take some time to understand how everything works.

Pros

We like that ContactPigeon’s platform provides various flows for email, push, and pop-ups. We’ve been using abandoned cart, browse abandonment, new arrivals, and product recommendations sequences, and they were relatively easy to implement. The platform also allows us to experiment with additional ideas like birthday campaigns or reactivation messages, and we’re looking forward to setting up more interesting automations.

Cons

The only small issue we’ve faced is that the meta ads integration requires a bit of digging if you want to sync it with the CDP.

Pros

ContactPigeon helps us manage multiple engagement channels from one place. We have been using the platform for three years, and on-site pop-ups have proven very profitable for our clients. Email campaigns and push notifications are also in our mix, running without complicated integrations. The automation flows work great, and we will soon move forward with more advanced sequences.

Cons

Sometimes implementing new ideas takes longer than expected due to internal processes, rather than limitations of the tool.
