ContactPigeon gives us one place to manage emails, automations, push notifications, and pop-ups, which has made our customer communication easier to organize. The team is supportive and always there when we need assistance. The platform has played a key role in boosting our sales and revenue since March 2023. Generally, we are satisfied with the platform and the features that it provides us with, and we want to explore ContactPigeon’s new feature, Menura AI.

Cons

We don’t have anything negative to mention, just the occasional lag of the platform, but it’s insignificant.

The system allows us to set up behavioral automations like abandoned cart recovery, browse abandonment flows, and personalized product recommendations that run continuously in the background. Another advantage is the ability to combine multiple engagement channels, including email, push notifications, and onsite pop-ups. This helps brands stay connected with customers both during their browsing session and after they leave the site. We also appreciate the flexibility of tools like landing pages and onsite messaging, which allow marketing teams to launch campaigns quickly without relying on developers. Overall, it helps retailers turn anonymous visitors into subscribers and create structured customer journeys that support retention and repeat purchases.

Cons

The only minor issue we have noticed relates to reporting when different currencies are involved. Occasionally, euro and leva values can appear together in the revenue reports, which may require a quick manual clarification when reviewing performance.

Cart and browse recovery flows are easy to set up and effective. The dynamic coupon pop-ups are useful for growing our subscriber base. One feature we use a lot is custom landing pages. The platform gives us the possibility to personalize it, which in turn creates a more tailored experience for the visitor.

Cons

All in all, t’s been very smooth, we’ve seen great results, however some more advanced implementations require guidance from the team.

We have also started using Menura AI. Through all the features that ContactPigeon provides, we have seen a great increase in our business, a better workflow, and better engagement with our customers.

Cons

In the beginning, new users will find out that the functionalities may take some time to understand, just as I did. However, the team will be there to help and always answer any questions that come up.

We also use it for newsletters and landing pages, with the platform covering all our needs.

The collaboration with the ContactPigeon team has also been very positive; the team often suggests new ideas and improvements, and we are currently evaluating Menura AI as the next step.

Cons
