Pros

Pop-ups have been one of our strongest channels, bringing consistently high conversions over the past year. Email campaigns also perform well for us and generate meaningful revenue. We’ve been using the platform since 2020, and every time we want to build something new, like the transactional emails for our beauty advisor service, the team is willing to guide us. We’re scheduled to see a Menura demo soon, and the early discussions already seem relevant to our needs.

Cons

In general, the platform requires a bit of learning, especially when setting up new flows or features. It’s not a major issue, but it does take a moment to get fully comfortable.

Cart and browse recovery flows are easy to set up and effective. The dynamic coupon pop-ups are useful for growing our subscriber base. One feature we use a lot is custom landing pages. The platform gives us the possibility to personalize it, which in turn creates a more tailored experience for the visitor.

Cons

All in all, t’s been very smooth, we’ve seen great results, however some more advanced implementations require guidance from the team.

Another advantage is the ability to combine multiple engagement channels, including email, push notifications, and onsite pop-ups. This helps brands stay connected with customers both during their browsing session and after they leave the site. We also appreciate the flexibility of tools like landing pages and onsite messaging, which allow marketing teams to launch campaigns quickly without relying on developers. Overall, it helps retailers turn anonymous visitors into subscribers and create structured customer journeys that support retention and repeat purchases.

Cons

The onboarding and collaboration with the team have been smooth, and we are also preparing to launch Menura.

Cons

The segmentation and automation interface could be more user-friendly. It works well once you get familiar with it, but at the beginning, it can take some time to understand how everything works.

Whenever we needed a more technical implementation, the team responded quickly and solved it.The registration and confirmation automations run without issues, and creating pop-ups for both mobile and desktop is straightforward. We also rely on their campaigns and push notifications, which deliver strong engagement.

Cons

Although the platform is great, and its functionalities are very helpful, the design is slightly outdated. A better visual environment would make a difference.

Some of the greatest advantages are the easy adaptation to our strict GDPR requirements and the ability to set up custom implementations such as Preference Center. Moreover, the monthly calls and the reliable support have helped us a lot of giving us flexibility.

Cons

Unfortunately, GDPR restrictions may limit the efficiency of some analytics features and this takes a lot of coordination with the team. Also, the UI could use some modifications.

Recently we started placing QR codes on our books, and we create landing pages all the time. Everything we’ve tried so far has worked really well for us.

Cons

The only problem we‘ve faced is some delays in our custom requests. That said, we’re happy with both the team and the platform overall.
