Pros As an ESP, I really love how easy it is to design, build, execute, and monitor the progress of the campaigns. Cons Don't have anything negative to say. The only thing is that I wish there's a way for us to save and reuse content modules that can be repeated over campaigns. Right now we work around it by copy-pasting the module source code.
