Pros Our building automation systems are monitored by the server monitoring without having to check manually all the time. Email alerts alert before tenants complain of HVAC failures. Mobile application to view equipment status while onsite working. On our company size, price point is effective, we pay less than hire another technician just for monitoring. Cons Initial configuration took three weeks, documentation assumes background in IT area. We required assistance from our support team to have custom alerts on our Mitsubishi chillers. Because it uses multiply sites or datacentres in it services , you are able to pick quickly from the dashboard when services starts degrading. With it RUM feature, it is easy to monitor the user experience of customers from multiple locations and even tell what users are doing wrong. Cons The reports generated by the product is quite complex the calculation if the uptime is should be of 100% but it shows all the services uptime days format which is somewhat confusing.
