Pros The "single pane of glass" visibility is the biggest winner for me. Being able to jump from a high-level website uptime check straight into server-level metrics or cloud resource usage without switching platforms is a huge time-saver. I also really value the flexibility of the alerting system; the fact that it can actually place a phone call to me when a critical circuit goes down, rather than just burying another notification in a noisy Slack channel has saved our team during off-hours more than once. Cons The user interface feels a bit stuck in the past. It’s functional, but it’s definitely cluttered, and finding specific advanced settings can feel like a scavenger hunt. Also, the alerting can be a double-edged sword; if you don't spend significant time fine-tuning your thresholds early on, you’ll get hit with a "storm" of individual notifications for a single incident instead of one consolidated report. Also the mobile app is very helpful to keep track all the monitors and alerts. It has been a service with excellent reliability. Pros Greate customization and options for infraestructure monitoring. We have used the platform over the last 10 years. Security is also something that constantly concerns us, but it has not been a problem with Site24x7. It has a huge amount of functionalities and integrations to monitor all kind of infraestructure, at a reasonable cost. We haven't experienced any bugs or issues. Cons The interface could be more intuitive and modern. Also when we started to use the platform, the initial configuration was a little hard. Pros Site24x7 was very helpful to us in term of our monitoring support to our client. We have using it for more than decades and still using it until now :) Cons I believe there still an improvement that can be made, especially on the intermittent probe that detect the website down (which the website are up and can be access). It has been a reliable service and tool, and we haven’t found anything that fits better. Pros We have used Site24x7 for over four years. It was quick to set up, we used many of the monitoring tools for troubleshooting clients and multiple sites. Having a hosted monitoring app has been invaluable. The uptime of the product has been fantastic. Cons Site24x7 is affordable, it can quickly get pricey due the monitor “types”. The monitoring thresholds are very customizable, but the new “AI” monitoring needs to get better. You still must set a combination of thresholds and AI baselines on the monitors. Pros In site 24x7 i like the scheduled reports, custom metrics and notifications, plugins, automation and multiple account in 1 single dashboard and all services in single dashboard multiple services like cloud, website and hybrid monitoring, easy configuration and implementation and many more features. Cons in site 24x7 least like part is managing licensing and there are also hidden feartures also in cloudspend need more granular breakdown of spend resources for cost optimization, little confusing in billing part and host monitor and their generated report is very complex. Not very difficult to update monitoring configuration. Pros It is easy to set up monitoring for an API endpoint or to update it. The report of when events have fired is quite useful to see the availability over time. The alerts come through quickly.
