Pretty good, reliable and useful system for monitoring API endpoint availability. Not very difficult to update monitoring configuration.

Pros

It is easy to set up monitoring for an API endpoint or to update it. The report of when events have fired is quite useful to see the availability over time. The alerts come through quickly.

Cons

It can be a bit sensitive to network connectivity faults between the Site24x7 and the system endpoints being monitored.

Pros

Site24x7 is a very comprehensive monitoring tool that can accommodate all our needs without the need to have different tools here and there. Provides near real time responses and also very affordable for what it does.

Cons

Some features sometimes may be a little buggy, such as receiving multiple false positive alerts regarding a resources being unreachable.

So far, the product is exactly what we need as a MSP. Easy to configure, easy to add agents to devices.

Pros

Easy to configure agents, clean useful dashboard, default monitors are just about all that most people need. Not difficult for a competent tech to implement and manage.

Cons

Nothing so far - well perhaps configuring dashboards could be a little easier. Overall I have found this to be one of the easier monitoring / management tools to get going with. Just started to look at MS 365 (cloud) monitoring - not sure how useful this will be in real-life.

No learning curve, you can use it without reading documentations or watching youtube video. Their UI/system is pretty much intuitive and easy to use/setup for real time monitors.

Pros

Easy UI / Easy Monitor Setup for admin and also Site24x7 provides intuitive monitors / graph for real time monitoring. No learning curve

Cons

Not so much, but it does give sometime false alarm like based on regions. Certain regions works fine its monitoring system but it fails on certain regions.

Pros

Our monitoring offers extensive customization. It’s resilient, integrates seamlessly with webhooks, and has reshaped how we approach observability. With granular thresholds, custom routing, and actionable alerts, we detect risks earlier and reduce firefighting.

Cons

I encountered limitations with the native third-party tools; to mitigate them, I implemented a webhook that standardized event delivery, reduced latency, and made our alerting far more dependable.

Empecé a usar la versión gratuita de Site 24x7 y conecté cuatro servidores, de los muchos que tenemos, aquí en la empresa yo dependía del área de Sistemas para recibir las alertas de cuando un servidor se había caído, por lo cual para mí era muy importante no depender de ellos. Sistemas valida la conexión a los servidores a través de un aplicativo ssh. Esta plataforma de Site 24x7 va más allá de lo que yo necesitaba y no nada más revisa si están activos o no me realizó una llamada a mi celular avisándome que un servidor se había caído, también revisa e informa el porcentaje de almacenamiento de los discos duros que para nosotros es otra fuente de fallas cuando estos se saturan, en resumen acabo de comprar la versión pro anual de este servicio ya que lo estoy empezando a usar y me tiene maravillado, yo no soy un experto en sistemas pertenezco al área de operaciones sin embargo este aplicativo Site 24x7 va mejorar mi capacidad de respuesta operativa incluso tal vez alertando a la propia gente de sistemas antes de que ellos me tengo que avisar a mí. Creo que además se puede customizar En medida de las necesidades de cada organización Porque veo que es una plataforma muy completa.

Que pudiera generar una llamada telefonica avisandome de la caida. Que pudiera renera r usuarios con roles de atencion

Cons

Estoy empezandola a usar me parece enorme el Menu y los alcances que tiene, pero tal ves un robot en las busquedas para pedirle que haga cosas mas completas

Overall, it’s been a great experience. The onboarding process and demo sessions were extremely helpful and made it easy to get started and understand how to make the most of the platform. One thing I really liked was being able to view the running processes and tasks on our VMs directly from the Site24x7 portal — it saved us from constantly remoting into machines just to check what’s going on. That kind of visibility makes day-to-day management a lot smoother.

Pros

The setup was quick, and it didn’t take long to start seeing real value. I also appreciate how detailed the metrics are and how customizable the alert rules can be. It helps us catch issues early without getting flooded with noise.

Cons

Some parts of the UI feel a bit clunky, especially when managing large numbers of monitors or editing alert settings in bulk. Also, the alerts via SMS and phone call are limited unless you buy extra credits, which can be inconvenient during high-priority incidents.

Pros

We’ve been using Site24x7 mainly for uptime and basic infrastructure monitoring. What I like most is that it didn’t take long to get running, and once the alerts were configured it’s been pretty reliable. When something goes down or performance drops we usually know right away.

Cons

The UI took me a little bit of time to get used to, but after the initial setup it’s mostly “set it and forget it.” Overall it’s been a solid monitoring tool for our needs.

It has been pretty positive so far and the support has been good, I think that it is certainly worth trying

Pros

Very easy to use and integration into Azure was seamless. The monitoring of our websites has been spot on when detecting issues.

Cons

Not always as straight forward to get to the monitor you want but its still early days learning the systems

That i wrote it off originally as to small for the level I was looking for. It delivered Enterprise services. The next thing, is I would like to really be able to dig into Network Endpoints through the sites as well.

Cons

Very difficult to configure anything other than what is native to it. I always have to message support to figure out how to change any settings.

Overall it is a great product I have been using this from last 6 to 7 months in our organization the support team also solves the queries.

Pros

There are many things i like about site24x7, we can have a near real time monitoring of our infrastructure weather it is cloud, on-prem or hybrid. we can configure the custom trigger notification based on the specific threshold. it generates the weekly and monthly report to have the track of the SLAs.

Cons

The reports generated by the product is quite complex the calculation if the uptime is should be of 100% but it shows all the services uptime days format which is somewhat confusing.

Using Site24x7 is fantastic. Monitoring of services is much easier.

Pros

I love the proactive monitoring capability of Site24x7. Because it uses multiply sites or datacentres in it services , you are able to pick quickly from the dashboard when services starts degrading. With it RUM feature, it is easy to monitor the user experience of customers from multiple locations and even tell what users are doing wrong.

Cons

I just do not like the plenty alerts sent when degradation starts

Overall, my experience has been great if not excellent. Their suite of applications provide a “one stop shop” for almost all IT related support software. The ease of implementation coupled with the extensive capabilities of the product greatly outperform competitors and the best part, it’s priced just right.

Pros

1\. Setup is a breeze 2. Very intuitive, easy to navigate, and understand the various functions 3. Included features actually add value and are not hidden behind paywalls 4. Free trial

Cons

1\. Application support can be better. While responses are prompt, support typically points you to help documentation that may have already been read. Sometimes human assistance is preferred. 2. Custom report creation could be more straightforward. I found it difficult to create certain report types in which i needed to select all for attributes\\groups but didn't find the option easily

Pros

Being able to have constant alerts of what is happening in our infrastructure. This tool also keeps you alert since the changes are live, and the administrative staff can see the problems.

Cons

I like everything; I would say the price could be cheaper, since it's only a tool to detect problems and monitor.

We've been using Site24x7 for multiple years now to externally monitor external FW/Router interfaces, URLs, and SSL Certs. The product is consistent and accurate in reporting failures according to the set thresholds, with no false positives whatsoever.

Pros

1- Permanent links to provide to our customers. 2- Dedicated customer login portal. 3- On-prem pollers. 4- Custom dashboards 5- Scheduling automations. 6- Integrations with PSA platforms.

Cons

1- The admin GUI could be a bit tricky, with multiple "Admin" tabs at each customer level. 2- Inability to generate historical logs/events for monitors if they are in a failure state. 3- Support could take a while to investigate a case.

Pros

What I liked about Site24x7 is its ease of configuration despite the wide range of available tools. In a short time, I was able to set up monitors for the websites we manage and even specify the monitoring regions. Additionally, it allows us to easily check the performance of the services we offer and receive real-time notifications in case of downtime.

Cons

The pricing plans could be improved. The available packages are not modular enough to meet our specific needs and include additional features that we don’t currently require.
