### "A much needed new era for customer support."

Pros

Replace call centres. Take them all out. We can’t have big companies wasting our time with long hold waits and inefficient communication anymore. Thank you textline. I love textline from both the perspective of a customer who appreciated the actual companies customer service and user of their app in giving my own customers better service. Texting is the future.

Cons

I still want a transaction platform built in so I can accept credit card or crypto through text.

### "Useful Software, FANTASTIC customer service"

It's a good system to use, for texting people from a computer. I haven't fully used it yet, for all of my intents and purposes, so I can't say what rewards I've gotten out of it.. But I PLAN to use to it reach an already-established customer database, and sent them notifications -- and with the tests I've performed so far, I have no doubt that I'll be able to do exactly that. Thanks.

Pros

Not just "like" -- but I LOVE the way the support team responds to questions I text them, in a timely manner, and with useful information, which is exactly what I was looking for.

Cons

I can't think of anything off the top of my head.. It does what it's designed to do. A few features took me a minute to figure out, but they worked, plus the staff was helpful in assisting me with any & all questions I had.. They even were able to reset my "onboarding," so that I was able to take the introductory product tour again, after I had exited it earlier than I meant to.

Reason for choosing Textline

I didn't choose it over other products.. But I chose it after reading a brief description of what it does, and observing that it does exactly what I needed it to.

We really enjoy the convenience of this software. We finally feel like we are reaching every customer in every possible way. The customers appreciate the convenience as well.

Pros

This gave our company the opportunity to reach out to customers in a different way. We can cast a wider net, get quicker responses, and we discovered during the pandemic that some customers just prefer texting.

Cons

The only thing I would prefer is support over the phone. There is wonderful text support but sometimes its hard to describe what we are looking to do via text.

Reason for choosing Textline

Textline gave us he ability to make outbound touches to the customers in a group message but with the customers being able to respond individually. Many of the other platforms we looked at could not compete with that and were very complicated to learn.

Overall we have had a great experience with all representatives from Textline. They're always so willing to help and ready to jump on a call and talk through any new idea or question we have!

Pros

Textline offers several features like announcements, automations, shortcuts, etc. that make scheduling and sending automated messages a breeze.

Cons

As we worked through implementation we uncovered a few hiccups that didn't work well in our environment, but Textline was super quick to help us out and do things for us while we worked to create workarounds.

Overall, very positive. I list a few cons, but the frankly, it would be a mistake to switch to a cheaper option. I really am a fan and recommend it to my customers.

Pros

the UI is really a time saver. We send out text sequences to service our retail customers. the saved templates are my favorite feature. super fast support.

Cons

it can get pricey really quickly. It can feel like you are nickel and dimed, but the product is far superior than any i have used. i don't like having to text about support, but they are fast.

### "Right Product for the Right Century!"

Greatly improved the speed in which we can communicate with customers.

Pros

Text has become a preferred method of communication and it eliminates a lot of unnecessary distractions that occur with telephone calls.

Cons

The Google Chrome plugin doesn't work correctly. I look forward to Textline working out those bugs.

Our overall experience has been absolutely sublime! The platform has been immensely important to our daily work flow (especially during COVID-19), and the customer service team is excellent as well.

Pros

My absolute FAVORITE feature of this software is how personal messaging can be from business to client. With variable language, and announcements going out en masse, but received from each individual number.......this has only enhanced our customer relation experience!

Cons

I honestly do not know at this point........we utilize every feature of this platform. Although I'm sure it will continue to improve upon its strengths, I really do not have any feedback here.

Textline as a messaging tool helps us to be more efficient in resolving issues related to our task. It is the quickest way we can reach out or respond to our customers since we can draft auto responses or shortcuts. Aside from it being a user friendly tool, it also has features we can utilize to make personalized messages like emojis.

Pros

The quick communication with customers paves way for immediate resolution providing great interaction and satisfaction.

We still do not have anything negative to say about this.

Pros

Overall, the product is extremely effective and easy to use. Textline has allowed us to instantly communicate, mobilize, and get feedback from leads and existing customers. The average response time to our campaigns is minutes, which gives us a significant advantage over our competitors that only use email marketing. I would highly recommend using Textline.

Cons

Two things: 1. I provided the issue with the 'Conversation History' with the customer support team and found that it is a limitation within the Textline system. It would be a rather easy enhancement to include and believe it would help many customers. Please see my support ticket submission (as it would take a while to explain here). 2. If you offered a lower cost monthly tier (similar to an entry level tier), I believe more companies would be inclined to try it. To many, it is a rather new technology to incorporate. There are many small businesses and larger businesses that could really benefit from this, but don't want to pay the monthly fee. Once they try it, I believe it will be a 'no brainer' for them to upgrade to the $30 package.

Excellent product, but even better support. Very responsive to any questions and were there to answer any integration issues we were encountering. Highly recommend Textline.

Pros

We are able to integrate our existing workflows with Textline and get closer to our customers. We have custom software on the front end with our website which we have had integrated with PipeDrive for several years now. With the use of Textline's API we can integrate with PipeDrive and reach out fast to our customers.

Cons

Nothing at this point, it really solved a big problem we had which was integrating texting with customer outreach and tracking. So no complaints.

### "Texting for Business is Important - TextLine Makes it Easy"

Love Textline. It's easy to use and just what you need if you're looking for business texting options. Support staff is prompt and easy to work with when needed. Don't think system ever had any downtime while I used it. Ability to easily print out chain of texts is good for legal/compliance purposes.

Pros

Texting is easy to do from desktop and the phone app makes it easy on the go.

Cons

The lack of phone service required me to use multiple services to achieve our goals.

### "Best Investment "

On the 1st day, I already received "Text Orders" from clients. On the 1st week, i received compliments from clients really loving the idea of an alternate communication and fast. Most importantly, as many sales people know, when we call our clients sometimes we catch them at the wrong time or our clients miss us at our desk. Simple text saves their time. Especially now, clients are limited with staff at the stores. I rather save them time to focus on selling to their customers than taking a sale away from them. It is a great alternative and more personal too. Emails is just inundated our client's times.

Pros

Easy to setup and navigate. Super friendly user.

Cons

The minimum characters in this box because I dont have any Cons. :) Now you received one because of it, lol.

The reporting could be more advanced. In regards to reporting on business hours only, be able to see notes on dispositions, have a better view of an overall detailed reporting (i.e. dashboard) vs. pulling multiple reports.
