Pros: UI is simple and clean. Easy to select assets to create a job, assign, create a collection, etc. User permission assigning is a simple process, allowing you to grant access to both asset and classification level. Visually easy to browse through classification structure. Connects with Aprimo MRM, carrying over all metadata. Previewing videos and images without needing to click inside a record. Limited number of clicks necessary to navigate to an asset. Mass upload functionality is ridiculously simple.

Cons: Customizing your instance isn't always as simple as you'd think it would be. Multiple clicks and poorly named tools make it difficult to know if you are in the right area. Front page widget placement takes a lot of trial and error. Rarely looks like you set it up to look, requiring multiple edits to achieve required setup. Aprimo acquired ADAM product in the last few years, so they are still rolling out new, common features that were not originally included.
