After getting the requirements did try most of the major tools and each one of them had either a limitation with logic or with design. Pros I use Outgrow to build advanced lead-capture forms for client projects, and it’s been a strong choice. The conditional logic builder is intuitive, the editor is genuinely easy to work with, and the forms look great on mobile thanks to solid responsive design. Customization is a standout, both visually and in logic, so we can match very specific requirements without fighting the tool. Setup was also quick, and their support team is fast, knowledgeable, and proactive when you get stuck. Cons The only friction we’ve hit is not specific to Outgrow but around the Pipedrive integration, specifically field mapping. You can map fields, but the one-to-one limitation means we sometimes need a workaround depending on how the client’s Pipedrive fields are structured. That said, it’s more of an integration constraint than an Outgrow problem. Yet, we still use the platform because the alternatives lack the conditional messages feature. Pros In comparison with the other tools, Outgrow is a very robust platform. In particular, it is the only one that allows to show the conditional messages based on the multiple variables. Cons In Outgrows it is possible to perform calculations in two ways: excel formulas and native formulas. Excel gives correct result yet the speed is so slow that it makes the calculator practically unusable. The native formulas run fast yet the results are often incorrect and the customer support can't do anything to fix them. Customer support is the single worst CS experience I have ever experienced in my life. I have never seen a company that so readily customizes their plans to meet the needs of their individual customers. Pros First of all, the Outgrow quizzes offer lots of customization options which is great -- particularly if you have a quiz in mind where result computation might not be so straightforward. Second, the chat is always available if you need help, and they're really fast with their answers. Third, Outgrow has been very flexible and welcoming in terms of pricing when I needed another feature that was not included in my plan. They say they offer custom plans for small businesses, and they really do! If you're not sure they have a plan that's right for you, talk with them and they'll create a plan that's right. Cons Nothing really. Whenever I've had an issue, they were quick to resolve it. And you are helped all along the way from the good support team. This is my now prefered tool, and I haven't stopped finding ways to utilize it even more. Pros Outgrow is a powerful tool to do calculators and customer experiences. It's easy to use, and the combination of lead capturing, PDFs, and custom calculations makes it extremely valuable. I have used it thoroughly and been into the depths of almost every corner, in the countless of hours working on shaping the best customer experience. I most say, it amazes me how good it is. Cons Though customization is possible, it's not native enough - yet. I have seen that more and more have been possible, and with a common knowledge of css, js and html you can create an experience that resembles your brand-dna to the point. You can get started creating simple calculators and quizzes in no time. You can make those calculators and quizzes gorgeous with little effort. You can do it in less than 15 minutes. The benefit is realized for us is that I solved the issue of how to gather leads in a market that hasn't heard of you. We wanted to collect leads in this market, but were doubting between which lead magnet to use. Either giving a way free webinars or ebooks, but these low commitment lead magnets were easier to set up and cheaper to launch. Especially when your start audience isn't to key on reading long white papers. Pros The tools helps me get leads very quickly on a level that is understandable for everyone. No more long boring expensive ebooks. Also the team has created very cool templates for uses to use. This makes it easy to start and customize them to your personal needs. The way you can set up forms and quizes also makes it possible to personalize them. Cons A downside for smaller companies could be the price of the higher tiers, but the team is really willing to help you with a custom plan if you need to. Also you will earn everything back if you use it properly. Another potential dislike for me was the learning curve, I noticed that due to all the possibilties I got stuck into the "what should it start with" phase. Helping them standout from competitors. Pros We've been using Outgrow to create interactive content for a range of clients. It's a great tool for creating interesting ways to add leads to the top of the funnel, whilst staying away from the overused free PDF guides, etc. The content builder is very easy to use, but extremely powerful. The scoring logic is really useful, especially the "if most answers are A, give the outcome X". There are a number of potential integrations, including to the most popular email marketing systems. The native integration with Active Campaign was perfect for our clients. Cons The recently launched library of examples has really filled a gap - previously it was sometimes difficult to see how you could use the many features, or where to start with a specific industry, but the examples have made that much easier. Easily integrated into our existing funnels thanks to their Zapier integration. Pros Before knowing this product, my co-founder and I were spending days on creating custom quizzes, hours of coding spent on making sure that the calculations are flawless. Outgrow saved us from all those pains, saved us tons of times. The platform is very easy to use, no technical knowledge needed to get it up and running. You can just choose one of their pre-ready templates, modify it and you're ready to go in just a few minutes. Although the platform might look simple, it's powerful enough to create complex quizzes. We easily turned our ICO decision trees into interactive quizzes which boosted our lead capture rate significantly. Their integration with Zapier makes it super powerful. Now we're adding the leads we captured though Outgrow quizzes directly to our CRM, adding them to campaign and sending a series of emails using MailChimp to them. Their support team is also extremely responsive. Everytime that I reached them out, they got back to me asap and invested their time to address my questions and issues. I have used all sorts of software , from page builders, to trackers, to heatmappers, to webinars software. what impresses me most about Outgrow is that it delivers on it's promises. All functionalities work and the support turnaround is fast and personal. I find i am not wasting time waiting 2 months plus for bug fixes and poor excuses. When i have an issue or i am not sure about a particular function - i just send a chat ticket and invariably it gets answered with 40 minutes. Money likes speed and money is fuel for a business. Low value for money. Pros Amazing demos, amazing features, amazing support team which usually responds in under 5 minutes Cons This is a very high-end software seemingly priced for the financial sector. The the editing interface is a disaster. with hard to read fonts. To get really working implementation, the essentials plan is not enogh. Each additional feature (e.g. send questionairre as PDF) cost additional 400$ per year or more. And there are many bugs, and not enough layouts. To summerize, this feature-bloated software is high-priced, low in quality, unfriendly interface, and pricing is amazingly high. Reason for choosing Outgrow It had RTL support built-in. Pros I implemented a simple quiz on a client site rebuild job (tour company). On the old site which had a contact form 7 questionnaire, my clients were lucky to get one or two leads - and about 50% of those were basically unqualified. Since the new site went live with an Outgrow quiz, my clients are averaging one to two leas A DAY and very well qualified. I need to tweak the questions to better qualify the leads, but we are off to a flying start. Cons Analytics interface is a bit basic - I'd like to be able to sort the columns. That said, the system is worth every cent.
