It's like the facebook quizzes we used to do for fun, but now you can use them to generate top quality leads for your business. Highly recommend testing it out. Cons Sometimes having so many options, while that is good, also means investing a bit of time to learn. That said, the documentation and support are excellent, and the software is very easy to use. Easy to create a calculator in less than an hour that would have taken days of development Cons Could do with some more custom design and layout tools. Pros The Question Bank can be used as a Question pool and then an amount of a subset of questions can be chosen randomly each time a site visitor takes the quiz. This makes the quiz fun and site visitors are more likely to come back more than once. While this should have been an obvious feature needed for the competitors, Outgrow is one of the only software out there that does this. This is after checking out numerous quiz software companies. Cons The options to customize the design has some limitations. Having the multiple choice options be able to go two by two would have been nice and changing the size of the text would also be convenient. They do have an option to implement CSS to achieve this though. Reason for choosing Outgrow I am looking to market an innovative product that needs a quiz to peak people's curiosity as part of the marketing plan. Outgrow has the question pool feature which helps make the quiz intriguing and ensure that people will come back multiple times. They optimize their templates for conversion and have added new templates regularly to help improve our conversion rates and ROI. They also are open to reviewing calcs we build and providing feedback on best practices. We want to generate MQL (marketing qualified leads) at a great rate and Outgrow does that! I use shorter 5-10 questions to get leads...but then I use a more detailed version during the sales process that is used to populate a very Personalized ROI Proposal PPT that greatly increases our Closing %. I found it easy to get my calculator up and running quickly with minimal support. However whenever I need support, they are super fast and responsive so I get my work done. Other software platforms can take up to 48 hours to respond and God forbid they don't answer your question the first time..then you just keep waiting. Outgrow has been fabulous! I also love the fact that it integrates with other popular software services which help you funnel leads into other systems. Finally, it's support staff has been great to help me with my doubts. While they have solid documentation, there are some gaps there that the support team has been able to help me resolve within hours or days at most.
