Appinio is an all-in-one market research tool. Create a survey, select an audience, get results within minutes and analyse them right in our dashboard. No prior market research knowledge required, Appinio is made to enable market research for everyone. Once you create your survey on our website, we deliver it to our own panel via push notification and they answer immediately. This means you don't need to worry about 3rd party panels or where you get your respondents from. We have them!

Sehr guter Support bei Erstellung und Auswertung von Umfragen, guter Self-Service zur Erstellung der Fragebögen. Rundum zufrieden.

Pros

Die Schnelligkeit, Meinungsbilder einzuholen sowie die Kombination aus Self-Service und Betreuung. Zum einen kann man in kurzer Zeit verschiedene Konzepte testen, zum anderen erhält man qualifiziertes Feedback und Betreuung und die wichtigsten Ergebnisse zeitnah in Form eines Dashboards.

Cons

Durch den Fokus auf Testpersonen, die eine Appinio-App nutzen, müssen die Ergebnisse der Tests entsprechend interpretiert werden. Non-Digitals erreicht man schwierig.

Nachvollziehbare Kosten vor der Ausführung des Projekts und einfaches Handling des Admin-Portals. Zudem hervorragender Kundenservice.

Cons

Einzelne zusätzliche Funktionen sind bei Wettbewerbern gegeben - jedoch findet Appinio dabei immer wieder Wege, zum gleichen Ergebnis zu kommen.

Die Kundenbetreuung ist sehr gut, sowohl in der Beratungs- als auch in der Umsetzungsphase. Das Dashboard ist übersichtlich und erlaubt eine schnelle Navigation. Innerhalb von 24 Stunden erhält man Ergebnisse von repräsentativen Umfrage. Schnell und relativ zu klassischen MaFo-Instituten günstig. Die perfekte Lösung für just-in-time Umfragen.

Ich habe keine negativen Punkte in der Zusammenarbeit feststellen können.
