They are always available for questions or will get back to you within one day. If you need something added to a report they will work with you. I upload a billing report twice a month and I have never had any issues. Pros we use this software "Options systems" for case management, mental health, medical and adoption tracking, foster parent certification and vacancy tracking, as well as billing and accounts receivable and during these years this system has helped us tremendously in all the areas mentioned making our jobs easy. Options Systems also operates with other software systems and alignment with New York State Regulations is a key advantage that provides control, growth and improved services easily.
