### "Best enterprise database you will find"

Used to enhance prospect database and for targeting

Pros

Zoominfo merged with Discover Org which is the best enterprise database you will find out there. Zoom Info had the most robust company database out there and a decent SMB to midsize company database as you can probably find out there.

Cons

Since the merger, they have started moving towards the ZoomInfo way to price things. Discover org was a better value prior.

Pros

Zoominfo, in my experience, is the industry leader on accurate prospect data. They consistently produce the best email, phone, and other contact information. The chrome extension is GREAT and makes quick lookups from Linked a breeze.

Cons

It would be a huge improvement if integrations with HubSpot and LinkedIn could be further built out to assist with holistic sales motions, rather than just trying to leverage Zoominfo by itself.

Pros

I really like how quickly the engine works to generate contact information.

Cons

The system often generated incomplete or inaccurate contact information

Horrible - poor service would not respond for months. Yes, months. And then with nothing helpful despite us having an issue with the results that were being delivered due to a configuration issue.

Pros

Easy to use, that's about it. Reasonable feature set.

Cons

Data is woefully out of date with leads having often left companies years before but listed as current or even a new joiner.

Overall the tool is decent. Would like to see this become more powerful. Honestly, for what it costs I expect much more.

Pros

The tool is extensive and easily integrates into our stack of sales and marketing tools. We use it often and it's been helpful in cleanup and enriching exercises.

Cons

Filters and UI is clunky. Looks very dated and overall not quick and easy to navigate. Often times I forget that I still have certain filters enabled. Also, the database is not as up to date as anyone would hope to see. There are times that you will find mislabeled titles or irrelevant users.

Overall it has help me a lot with getting in touch with the people I need, and has allowed me to get meetings I may not have been able to get before.

Pros

In sales, you might not always have a contacts information readily available. But with ZoomInfo, they find accurate contact information to help you get in contact with the folks you need at just a click of a button.

Cons

I believe it is because my organization doesn't have ZoomInfo Pro, but when prospects aren't located in the United States, it is hard to sometimes find information on prospects.

ZoomInfo is a great tool that adds measurable value to my everyday prospecting and ultimately, my pipeline.

Pros

ZoomInfo has been extremely helpful when prospecting potential leads. On several occasions, I've been unable to reach a lead via phone only to connect on the first try after using contact info found in this platform.

Cons

ZoomInfo's layout seems pretty generic, and the intent data could be more intuitive to dive into. I know there's a ton of quality and granularity to their data, but user experience and design could be better.

Zoominfo helps us generate consistent & quality leads. The data is good enough that our outbound sales efforts can rely on zoominfo contact details to engage with prospective buyers.

Pros

Zoominfo data is actually up to date and accurate. Every other data company or list building group has poor quality data or out of date information.

Cons

It is expensive. Zoominfo is not cheap but if you are serious about quality & accurate data it is worth it.

Pros

I work in ad sales for a streaming company and we just got Zoominfo a couple months ago. Since then there is no product I rely on more to help me prospect week to week. This has been fantastic in helping to populate lead gen lists and makes finding contact information incredibly simple.

Cons

I have noticed that about 5% of the time some of the contact information listed, particularly for smaller companies, is for people that are no longer with the company.

Pros

I use this software on occasion for prospect info. I love the integration with salesforce.com it makes it really easy to keep everything up to date.

Cons

No Cons so far, still getting used to this software. I will have to continue my use and update later on.

Cons

There is a troubling amount of wrong/outdated information. It was really a hassle when you waste time to contact and discover that lead has moved to a different company or passed away.

Pros

There are some good features of the software such as identifying suspects in emerging markets. I've found that our company isn't large enough and we're too specialized to benefit from the service. We primarily sell copiers and printers to architects, engineers and construction companies. This service didn't help us much with that type of sell. Linkedin and others are better

Cons

I'm frustrated that I was a few weeks late on cancelling the service and the service is extremely pricy. The response I received from their sales staff was pushy and shallow.

There were a few companies that weren’t in the system, however they were small and newer so I don’t blame the software!

Great onboarding after the free trial. No technical issues at all and we were up and running from day 1. Can highly recommend to any startup/scaleup looking to professionalize their outbound efforts.

Pros

Very easy to implement in our daily prospecting and outreach routines. Loads of direct phone numbers that help us establish a faster connection.

Cons

Price is probably my highest concern for our company size. Very good value for the price, albeit still a bit pricey.

Pros

Very handy tool! Super convenient and fast. It makes prospecting a lot faster. The reach out extension is awesome to use right on Salesforce or whatever company’s website you are prospecting to.

Cons

It does seem to lag a bit. It has long loading times at some points. It seems to be industry specific on pros and cons.
