Zoominfo is an overall great tool, has a lot of good features. Very helpful for lead generation and nurturing campaigns. The team keeps adding a lot of new features which are super useful and great to use.

Pros

Easy to use, Intent data, Easily advanced searches, and Tags are useful.

Cons

Filtering out the contacts from the big list to redeem the credits requires a lot of time.

Overall, this is a good tool to use in our industry. Technology wise could use some updating but very helpful nonetheless

Pros

This is a great way to connect with new contacts and learn more about an organization. The information is up-to-date 95% of the time

Cons

This is not the easiest to find contacts Typically- when you go to search is cannot filter well by geographical location and keywords get messed up if too many are added

ZoomInfo is a good resource to get contact information about potential prospects, I would not recommend this particular software over other options such as DiscoverOrg, but Zoominfo often is great to have as a supplement to another contact pulling site to be used to find specific individuals with more private contact info.

Pros

Zoominfo is able to provide contact information for a wide variety of people that often aren't listed on other prospecting websites.

Cons

Sometimes the contact information provided is out of date or certain people have changed companies/email-addresses. I also wish Zoominfo made it easier to pull large lists of contacts based on job title.

I find ZoomInfo to be an untrustworthy company that is trying to exert their control over me as a small business owner.

Pros

relatively easy to find emails for company contacts

Cons

They have a sneaky auto-renewal policy. If you don't cancel your annual renewal well in advance (at least 60 days) they bill you for another year ($5,000 in our case).

Pros

It's so easy to find pertinent prospects because of the customization of ZoomInfo.

Cons

I find that it is often outdated and roles have changed.

Pros

The one thing I like the most about this software is about lead generation and it is very convenient to use.

Cons

I don't see any features that is lacking or missing for me and that is why I rated it 10.

Pros

The seemingly continual updating of the features on getting the information needed. The customer service is great as well.

Cons

Sometimes the information given isn't always the best, or most accurate at times. But that is only a small percent of the time.

Pros

I liked how much information they have about a specific company or coorporation. Great to use when you need to see the ins and outs of a company.

Cons

It was a bit difficult to navigate through the program at first but after a bit of time I got the hang of it.

It has been decent thus far. Hope they can get better on their customer support.

Pros

This is a great database depending on your use case. If you are looking to generate leads and you have specific qualifiers when screening, this is a pretty good tool. More screening abilities than other lead gen products.

Cons

The customer support has been a bit hard to navigate and they are slow to respond. It also lacks in accuracy on employee count.

Useful in sales, acts as the one source of truth when determining who should take what accounts, good at providing info on those accounts and their prospects

Cons

When there isn't a perfect match sometimes the algorithm will make strange leaps in judgment to very incorrect accounts/companies

Among the rest of the tools in the market, it seems to be the one with the biggest database.

Cons

\- The extension is not really intuitive. At a times you need to de-activate it cause it triggers the app in any item you hover on your desktop. - The data is not always updated or complete. Lot's of manual work to do.

Pros

We prospect into enterprise accounts, and Zoominfo is a must at supplying contact info. I am pleasantly surprised at the amount of mobile #'s on there!

Cons

As most softwares do it occasionally has bugs or issues but they are quickly fixed by the great support team.

I like that I can find the buyer's contact info such as email and phone numbers.

Pros

I like that I can use this software to be very proactive in finding out direct contacts for buyers within each company.

Cons

The software seems a bit dated...and roles within companies are not pulled or are inaccurate. I would have to go on LInkedin to look for accurate roles within company.

It's a powerful contact database and sales tool, and if their tech support can be more efficient, that's better.

Pros

Contact database is very accurate and up-to-date. Integration is not hard, and the side bar tool with ReachOut is very effective. Customer Support is good.

Cons

Technical support/product specialist. Took 2-3 meetings to figure out what our issue is, which is actually very simple and screenshots should be very self-explanatory. Testing cost us credits, too. VIP Support is very slow in response.

Software is easy to use, and easy to get results. My experience with the 2 sales reps I dealt with was similar - I told them what I felt were the products shortcomings and both started arguing with me. I informed them that I wasn't interested in debating with them, and that I would not move forward. Your mileage may vary.

Pros

Software is very straightforward and easy to learn. Great ability to filter, and identify key roles for leads.

Cons

I've used this trial twice before in the medical industry. I found the results were not accurate, regarding titles, people still in positions, etc. I have colleagues who have used with great results, but this was not the case for me.

ZoomInfo can be good for some people to use if they are targeting large companies but not the best for contacting government agencies.

Pros

I like that ZoomInfo makes cold calling prospect easier to do. It is nice that they provide insight on organizations and companies and their employees.

Cons

ZoomInfo has many road blocks when trying to use it for government agencies. Often the content is outdated or incorrect.

### "Terrible Customer service "

All is fun and games until you need to make an adjustment to your plan. They lock you in no matter how unhappy you are. Because of this I am going to choose another tool in the future.

Pros

They have a monopoly on the data capture market so they have good data on people and organizations.

Cons

They care more about short term revenue than long term customer happiness. We are a startup and went to cancel our subscription but because we were past the 60 day renewal period they wouldn't let us out of our contract.
