Pros

The ability to search for contacts by domain is super helpful. It also breaks down contacts email, HQ phone number, and direct line in some cases. Also can add contacts to Salesforce in just a couple of clicks

Cons

I've gotten quite a few outdated contacts and some just outright wrong phone numbers.

Pros

We got so many leads since we start to use zoominfo! Great database for sales department! This is why we start to use it!

Cons

Price could be better than we have We think it is so expensive for startups But still good service We hope this company will change price policy! Good luck

### "Be careful with ZoomInfo - unethical, scummy, and extortionate"

ZoomInfo is an unethical company that does not care about its customers and relies on legal threats to intimidate its customers. We acquired a very small company that had been tricked by ZoomInfo into signing a 3-year contract without an early termination clause. Mind you, the fact that this contract couldn't be terminated wasn't even indicated in the contract: it was only mentioned in the Terms and Conditions that the contract referenced. That seems like bad faith to me. When we then tried to terminate the contract, having no need for it, and having barely used it at all, ZoomInfo was completely unwilling to work with us and threatened legal action. I would never ever treat my customers like ZoomInfo treated us, and the whole process has been a massive distraction and has left a bad taste in my mouth. If a customer doesn't need or want your service anymore, just let them go. Treat them well, and maybe they'll use you again in the future, or recommend you to someone else. Don't treat them like a criminal just because they don't need your service anymore.

Pros

I wasn't at the company when the product was still actively used.

Cons

I do not have any issues with the product, but hated the way they treated us.

All and all very positive. It was easy and helped us get in touch with a handful of clients we would not normally be able to reach.

Pros

All and all the user interface and functionality of ZoomInfo was great. It was easy to search, I really liked the ability to look at org charts, and for the most part the info was correct.

Cons

You absolutely have to double check contact info and be prepared for, depending on the company, between 30-40% to be out dated. It's not a problem if you have secondary sources but there were a few that were obviously incorrect and I could not figure out who replaced on the org chart.

It takes a lot of steps and guesswork out with list buying or prospecting lists to add to your CRM. Integrates easily with Salesforce.

Cons

Of course, it can't find 100% of clients contact info when we'd like to, but it works great overall.

The overall experience was great. They send videos and demos on how to search for specific industries, titles and give you best practices to get the most out of the software! This is a great tool for getting the correct contact quickly and easily.

Pros

Using this product was super easy! I loved how I could go to a website of a business and hit the extension and have a list of contacts sorted by their title.

Cons

I could not find any features of the software that I didn't like. I only used the software for a short time, but within that time I did not have any negative experiences.

ZoomInfo helps us in getting useful information especially when you are into lead generation. The data present there is however not very accurate.

Pros

\- The database is vast. We can get information on a variety of professions. - We can search for profession, designation, location etc. This helps in cold calling.

Cons

The details present are not super accurate. I sent emails to the IDs present in the DB and they are most often unanswered/ bounced.

Our company was looking for better / more efficient ways to generate leads and this software was worth a try but it seems a bit on the expensive side.

Pros

Great database that is up to date with relevant information that makes hunting for leads much easier.

Cons

The software did not let me extract that much data at once but likely due to it being a free trial, other than that a great lead generation tool.
