My experience with Zoominfo has been amazing, I was able to find out when people are looking for our services and reach out to them to close some bussiness.

Pros

What is not a pro of this tool! it has everything!! I'm able to find all my contacts for a business and everything I need to know about them. Helping my closing right when talking to new clients.

Cons

There are no cons with this platform, this tool is amazing for sales teams to get more new clients, and able to see what they are looking to buy.

I love zoominfo, I use it every single day and it has made my job much easier in terms of contacting people.

Pros

I love how easy it is to find prospects in companies along with all of their contact information and title. It has saved me so much time and allowed me to contact twice as many people than I did before I had zoom info.

Cons

Even though the pricing may be a little expensive to some, it is definitely worth the investment.

my overall experience with zoominfo has been very good and it has really helped me to boost up my sales cycle. I use it daily to gather lists about my contacts and gather info about them and then work on them accordingly. I just love this product and it has made my work relatively easy

Pros

the thing i like most about zoominfo is the ease with which i can use this tool. I use this tool to connect to my possible prospects and get valuable information about them and there company. It is very very to use and also helps us to make lead lists and contact them accordingly

Cons

the data extraction from zoominfo can be made more easy. Sometimes the data is outdated but is correct in most of the cases

\[SENSITIVE CONTENT\] in customer service used deliberately subversive tactics to ensure we were locked in for another year. Their intent is to strip companies of money instead of providing them with value.

Pros

The onboarding process was easy, and the product is not difficult to use.

Cons

Cost: Our basic subscription cost for the contact database without any CRM enrichment features or other sales enablement add-ons is significantly more than what some alternate vendors offer for more comprehensive offerings. Availability of data: The accuracy/validity of the contact information in the database was mediocre at best and the success rate of finding decision-makers in our target market has been extremely low.

### "Expensive but comprehensive prospecting solution"

Pros

ZoomInfo is arguably the best game in town when it comes to a comprehensive lead and contact information database for enterprise sales. It allows for searching and getting a breakdown by title, seniority, and other important attributes to make prospecting and outreach easier.

Cons

ZoomInfo is very expensive compared to other options out there. The database is also relatively comprehensive, but doesn't always contain fully up-to-date information or correct email addresses for various contacts.

My team uses ZoomInfo to build lists for sales/marketing and have had great results for several years. The biggest factor that makes it a no-brainer is the high price tag. However, it is a quality tool and saves you loads of time.

I liked the ease of Zoom and the amount of contact emails I was able to get from it. I am slightly disappointed in the updated pricing and might look for another option.

Pros

Zoom is visually pleasing to the eyes (its not cluttered and has a simple layout), it is easy to navigate and without a long training process you can figure out how to use it. If you ever need help, the support team is friendly and knowledgeable.

Cons

The updated version of Zoom is very expensive for a data base (non AI) search function. Also, the monthly credits cannot be rolled over and it can only load 200 pages worth of contact names. You can still purchase the old version (for less money then the new version) however it will not be updated with new information and at some point it will be merged into the new one.

Zoom helps our sales and marketing teams advance our digital marketing campaign offerings and overtime will be helping our sales teams identify, vet and scale.

Pros

ZoomInfo has been my go-to tool for advanced audience acquisition for digital marketing and email specific campaigns. The database continues to grow and its UX is top notch. I use the system daily!

Cons

Sometime I have issues matching bulk lists that my format isn't perfect and therefore lacks matching. Additionally, I have constant issues in exporting lists and refreshing lists that end up larger than I originally save as a search for me to revisit later and or to export.

This company is VERY unscrupulous in their business practices. I tried to cancel after 1 year of the service and they trapped me into another year. This was before my 2nd term even started. They are just not good people and I’m surprised that they treat their clients the way they do. They will be very nice and accommodating when you first sign up and then they gouge you.

Pros

The integrity of the database is good.

Cons

I have no problem with the product but the customer support and LEGAL department are sharks and quite frankly just not nice or compassionate people. It’s really hard to believe they treat their customers the way they do.

### "Excellent for contact info"

Pros

So useful on a day-to-day basis. They've updated the direct dials recently, making it that much easier to get in touch with prospects. They have some other useful tools, like technographic data to prospect.

Cons

The support is not all that great. It seems like every other week, there's an issue with the site going down, or the credits don't work.

### "Run Away - This is a shakedown."

Terrible and I would never want anyone to experience what I went though. They auto-renew your contract and never let you out. Unless you like being in court, don't use these guys, you will never get out of their silly agreements once you are in.

Pros

The actual service was okay, gives you more visibility surrounding the visits to your website but the organization is a shakedown. Once you are in contract, they don't let you cancel and want to extort you for additional services. I attempted to cancel many times and they will not let you. I was given to their legal department almost immediately when I wanted to stop service. They are used to this and it appears to be their main mode of operation. Get you under contract then fight you in court to get their money even if you aren't using their service. I plan on telling everyone my experience. Horrible. Do not do it.

Cons

DO NOT SIGN ANYTHING> these guys are a con. I'm going to post reviews on as many sites as I can- hopefully it will help save some poor soul a HUGE hassle and LOTS of time & money.

Overall experience with ZoomInfo is good it solves the business problems, provides direct numbers of contact which is the best part I like it. You can build your own company list, maintain, track, you can easily do account profile.

Pros

You can build your own database accounts list. Provide direct email ids and direct phone of prospects which easy to reach your prospects clients.

Cons

Some time contact direct numbers and company board line numbers are the same.

Pros

ZoomInfo makes my job so much easier. I'm able to find so much information so quickly and it helps my productivity.

The customer service is a little hard to contact, but once you get in touch with them, they're great!

The overall experience has been fairly positive. The data quantity also seems to be on the higher side. Overall, quite satisfied

Pros

The best part of Zoominfo is the massive database of companies and contacts it has. It makes prospecting convenient and easy. The unique features of Zoominfo are the intent data and scoop features, which provide insights into company happenings not known to the public.

Cons

Sometimes the software might show different data for the same lead. The issue is generally fixed with a simple refresh. Apart from that, it seems to logout of the account many times throughout the day, which is annoying.

We have been able to target and get all relevant information regarding the contact and their company easily.

Pros

The product is extremely easy to use and integration was seamless. Having the ability to apply multiple specific filters allows us to target the exact market we are looking for. The level of service provided when you have a question is top tier.

Cons

There aren't many things not to like about the product. I wish we could export more contacts in case if we decided to do a telephone campaign, but that's just me being greedy and we probably won't ever do that anyway.

Pros

This is definitely the leader in the industry for lead gen software. However, it comes with a pretty hefty price tag

Cons

We had to switch to a competitor because the cost was just too high. They're one of the few lead gen software companies that won't give you a free trial unless you meet with them first.

Pros

Ability to manage, build and get the details of prospects with in few minutes. As far as i have seen Zoominfo has largest database compared to any other company in the market.

Cons

UX has to be improved. Non US region contacts has to be updated.

I've always used ZoomInfo to verify company headcount of companies and its been amazing

Pros

ZoomInfo is generally good for providing an all round set of key information a Sales person will need to prospect leads, however for Europe it doesn't seem to always score right with regards to the us of technology. It's definitely a lot stronger in the US.

Cons

The fact that info isn't as accurate in Europe as it is in the US. My colleagues in the US tend to use it more
