So far I am able to navigate this platform from an account manager position to reach key decision makers easily. However when it comes to creating pipelines you have to manually set the conditions and it is not time efficient.

Pros

I like the ORG chart that shows each tier of a company and its decision makers/ their associated social media platforms/ and contact info if available

Cons

They have so many features but you have to personally set the conditions or have training on how to preform the functions. There is information overload and high functionality, yet its not user friendly,

Pros

ZoomInfo SalesOS has an up-to-date database and recommended for prospecting leads and also the emails and phone numbers are 95% accurate based on my experience

Cons

ZoomInfo SalesOS needs an upgrade on their Ui and also the software sometimes crashes my PC and causes so much lag. but overall it is a recommended tool

### "Bad product which seldom works"

Pros

The database of contacts is huge. Some are out of date, but there's usually someone you can find that fits the profile.

Cons

Can't login regularly. I have to reset my password almost every single time. And even that doesn't work sometimes and I have to contact customer service. They also have a shady sales process which forces you to cancel your subscription months before it's actually over otherwise you have to pay for another year. Not surprising that they have to trap people into giving them money given how terrible their product infrastructure is.

### "Helpful in the sales world for quick information, but not always accurate"

Pros

It is great for salespeople to always have their finger on the pulse with who to sell to.

Cons

The information isn't always right. I've found colleagues and even myself to not have updated correct information on this site, which is particularly strange given today's age where most of our basic information can be found in a couple clicks online anyway.

Pros

GREAT as direct dials. They have awesome phone number reliability due to the way they scrape email footers.

Cons

It's all based on credits, so when you run out of credits you have to buy more. Most other data providers I've used are on an all you can eat model.

It's an incredible tool for finding contact information for prospects. Not certain toward the back, yet appears to be anything but difficult to associate with SalesForce, and solid capacity to rapidly import contacts on an erratic premise, or in mass. The contact data isn't flawless yet is generally amazing.

Pros

Zoom Info is productive and simple to locate the right contacts and their information. Direct numbers and messages are normally cutting-edge and right, so connecting with prospects is a lot speedier. Likewise effective for structure out organization graphs for organizations and keeping data composed. Also it is very easy to use and updates contacts frequently.

Cons

Now and then we have encountered issues discovering data that is totally modern.

My overall experience has been great. Being new to sales, ZoomInfo allows me to quickly find contact information and makes my job easier.

Pros

What I like most about ZoomInfo is that I don't have to spend tons of time every day using trial and error to find a contact's correct contact information. I'm able to find email addresses (and phone numbers in most cases) which saves me tons of time.

Cons

The only thing I dislike about this software is that sometimes the contact information is inaccurate. It's rare, but for instance occasionally I'll call someone's phone and it turns out to be their personal number and not work number so they think I'm a telemarketer.

Even though it is costly, it is most valuable. It provides very accurate emails and their database seems updated often. It is profitable using this platform.

Pros

1\. Accurate emails for the leads exported from DiscoverOrg. 2. List match feature for emails, company, name and title etc 3. Company indepth information like : Size of employees, technologies used, Number of employees in IT 4. Huge Database

Cons

High cost and only one person can use one credential.

\*\*\*\*\*\*\*\*\*\*\*\*\*Be very careful. This company has some very shady ways of doing business. There is a lot of fine print. They will squeeze you for every penny they can get. Lots of fine print in their agreement. Towards the end of your term the pretty much blackmail you into signing with them for another year. Very shady company.

Pros

Lots of good info inside the database but extremely hard to navigate and very qwerty and unpredictable results on inquiries.

Cons

There is good data in the database. Everything else is poor.

Went with Zoom because its a top player and easy to deploy.

Cons

Felt like I was duped in the sales process by them showing you just enough that you can't tell they actually don't have any data. We are selling to the government... All of this information is online often in a structured format. How is Zoom not able to figure this out?

We use zoominfo for profiling people, study organizations and account mapping. Leadgen is a problem that Zoominfo solves for us. Zoominfo has escalated our sales.

Pros

Multiple users under one admin and distributed bulk and monthly leads come very handy. Easy to use interface and one platform to research companies, generate quality leads, manage E-mail campaigns, newsletters and also supports third party integrations. The data in 90 percent of the cases is highly accurate.

Cons

Sometimes inaccurate data such as wrong contacts, SPOC not working with the company anymore. The prices are on the higher side

Overall I have good experiences with ZoomInfo, I know what to expect from it.

Pros

ZoomInfo is one of the tools I keep in my toolbox for market research. It provides some good information that I often find helpful. One of the few that has an easy to find revenue listing.

Cons

It could be faster and it could provide a bit more detail. If it did that it would be nice to be able to do most of my work on one site instead of 2 or 3.

Very easy to target certain segments in the market. Very convenient to have all of the B2B company data right in front of you when making prospecting phone calls.

Cons

Some of the purchased list data can be dirty. Be careful emailing any purchased lists.

Pros

The system is very easy to navigate and has worked well for me to connect with the right DMs within the businesses that could be clients of ours.

Cons

The setup with their Engage platform has been a bit of a pain, but once we are able to overcome that hurdle I am hopeful things will smooth out.

Reason for choosing ZoomInfo Sales

The robust nature of what their product provides, and the Intent data seemed very key to us.

It's not worth the money. The company was unclear about how many credits were provided with our contract (the salesperson told us it was X credits PER MONTH but the contract read that these credits were per year, which is a huge disparity in value).

Pros

As a B2B contact database, it has the potential to provide new contacts for any sales person.

Cons

A large portion of the database is outdated (people move around much more frequently than ever before). Also, it's unclear which actions use up the precious 'credits' that are provided with the contract. Finally, the Salesforce connector rarely works.

This product has dramatically transformed our companies "attacking" process of sales. Would recommend to anyone needing lead generations.

Pros

ZoomInfo is a life saver for those sales/cold-calling individuals that have a hard time reaching their targets. It implements numbers/emails so you can have your targets direct line, and is very useful in following up and striking conversations between managers, employees, or potential targets in a company.

Cons

Sometimes it can have ambiguous or outdated information and it makes it difficult to track down exactly the person you're looking for.

In general, I've had a great experience with ZoomInfo, but with DiscoverOrg purchasing them, I'm worried about the direction of the product under their leadership, as DiscoverOrg was never a product I would recommend.

Pros

I loved the accuracy of direct phone numbers in ZoomInfo. Any other product I've used doesn't have reliable phone numbers, and ZoomInfo was pretty consistent at having accurate and helpful data compared to DiscoverOrg or other similar products.

Cons

It would be nice if ZoomInfo had more company-specific info such as tech stack, employee growth, initiatives etc. It's most helpful for just finding people rather than sourcing specific accounts.

This is one of our primary candidate search tools, along with LinkedIn. We utilize ZoomInfo to find possible candidates for jobs we are recruiting for as well as similar companies to the one we are looking at by utilizing the sic code filter

Pros

Great tool and easy to use to search for candidates with certain titles or that work at certain companies. I use this along with LinkedIn to find more candidate names that I cannot find in LinkedIn. I like that you can click on the LinkedIn icon and it will take you to that person's profile on LinkedIn. Then I use ZoomInfo to gather the direct phone number and email of the person

Cons

A filter with "years of experience" would be very useful to those of us in the recruiting world

I absolutely love using it. Not all the information is correct per the Con that I listed, but generally speaking it gets you in the right direction that you otherwise wouldn't have had. If you do cold calling as part of your job, this is an absolute dream to have.

Pros

It makes finding prospects SO much easier and faster. You can find names, emails, company phone numbers for most companies you can find online.

Cons

Some of the people and information listed from Zoominfo isn't always up to date. I asked for somebody one time who died two years ago but was listed as an active employee on Zoominfo.

I've used zoominfo for a long time. It is by far my favorite tool to use when finding new contacts.

Pros

Zoominfo is a great tool to discover new companies you may not have known about in your area. The information is very accurate and even comes with mobile numbers to contact people. The filters are a great piece to narrow your search.

Cons

Some of the industries when filtered will not exclude companies clearly not in the industry selected
