Pros: The timeline view has been helpful for managing schedules. I like that you can create a snapshot of the timeline to be able to share among coworkers without them having to sign into Wrike.

Cons: It was hard for me to wrap my head around how to setup projects initially. I did a lot of trial and error before I found a way that works for me.

Overall: The ability to track a timeline of a project and keep on task with when completion dates were coming due.

Pros: This software is intended for different types of users, especially the project manager. Since it uses Wrike, it organizes weekly or extended tasks better, sends reports by email regularly and shares working documents easily. The task distribution diagram is also very readable.

Cons: Wrike has only one flaw, its price: for a basic plan, it already allows you to work properly, but some very useful features are reserved for the beneficiaries of the higher package. Which makes sense after all, but also frustrating given the prices charged.

Pros: If you have a bunch of different people working on projects in disparate places on the map, Wrike can help consolidate the chaos into a central place to manage projects.

Pros: Wrike has great options for the dashboard where each team member can spend most of their time. It enables us to easily kick projects back and forth to other members and have it all documented.

Cons: Wrike can be a little tricky to get used to using at first, but this is true of any new software. It would be nice to have the capability to make tasks private to only you and not the team.

Overall: More organization, easier way to track activities (vs. email)

Pros: I appreciate the straightforward panel view of navigation, tasks, and task details. Being able to replicate previous projects helps tremendously for product launches and trade shows that have a myriad of tasks. Being able to tag tasks in multiple folders is also a must have function. It's format is open, so it's pretty conformable to how you want to use it. You just have to think through how your business operates and organize it so it makes sense. It gets a little mind-bending once you realize a folder can also be a "status tag" or "category", but that adds another dimension of organizing your workload. It's like a database of text files you can relate to one another, so it's quite flexible

Cons: The program lags and may not fully function in different browsers. It's nice that is collaborative, but I feel that it also slows it down sometimes. One thing I would really like Wrike to create is a project template feature. Instead I've created a "template project" that I replicate, but if they had an option to build up templates separately, these overdue blank tasks wouldn't live in our navigation panel and take up space

Pros: - Wrike is web-based and does not require any downloading or maintenance. - the way Wrike organizes workspaces ¿ with folders, projects, tasks within each project, and multiple sub-tasks per task ¿ just makes good sense to me. - There is a whole laundry list of keyboard shortcuts you can use to speed up your interactions with the program, improving your efficiency - Packages plan are extremely cheap and worth the money - Wrike includes a timer function on each task and subtask - The feature of task creation

Cons: - Some people find the interface to be unispired compared to Trello and Redbooth - Some users find the interface cluttered because Wrike advertises their ¿rewards program¿ with what is, in essence, a pop-up ad - Users admit that it is hard to access their task and sub-task lists outside of the main activity feed. - I found several users complaining that Wrike¿s mobile app has some reliability concerns

Pros: For people who want to be highly organized this program is a dream. You can organize projects within folders that are within folders to the nth degree. The timeline feature is great if you utilize it and all of the other tracking features like budget go very in depth.

Cons: My team has found that we actually use little of the "in depth" features and just need a more basic way to view projects and manage our workflow. The interface feels pretty convoluted and has so much text (from folders, to project titles to project description) on the screen at once that to open the software and view the days work can immediately feel overwhelming.

Pros: The tool is clean and well organized. I like the external tools it collaborates with. The notifications and other settings were excellent.

Cons: I wish you had a personal subscription. I wanted to use a tool for organizing my Masters assignments. I can't work with the free version because I wanted the Gantt chart capability. However, the lowest paid subscription is for up to 5 people which doesn't work for a singular person to use. I was really sad because Wrike was exactly what I was looking for :(

Overall: Easy to use organization tool.

Pros: It's an absolute masterpiece of software. Very regularly updated, impeccable customer support, gannt charts, infinite subtasks, rich text editor for tasks, revision history for files, just... man. So many things. Great mobile app... EVERY view available: gannt, list, kanban, table, workload/burndown/ analytics, etc etc. switch between em.. Tasks can exist in multiple locations for genius organizing, time logs with comments... never ending features. 99% rock solid.

Cons: Can't make workspaces publicly viewable (you can export an interactive snapshot of your timeline though). Expensive if you want all the features. Hard to get even a small non profit discount.

Overall: I've given a lot detail already in my review. I use it for our tech startup social enterprise.

Pros: The ability to communicate with your team about small things like tasks to the bigger reporting questions, is a big part of what makes Wrike so easily adaptable.

Comments: There are 3 windows that you see. They have made it much easier to view by being able to hide one of the windows now.

Pros: The real time update. You can actually watch as someone else is typing notes into the same project. There doesn't seem to be a maximum amount of projects you can save. This makes it great to just create a new folder from last years project.

Cons: I wish it was a little easier to duplicate a folder. It would be easier if it could "remember" how you created the last folder. If you forget a step you have to delete the folder and start over.

Comments: For an immediate solution to project management and collaboration, Wrike is an excellent choice. With plenty of integration options with other apps and services its ease at fast set up, and the ability to engage unlimited projects simultaneously, the value outweighs the higher price. Wrike is one of the best on the market today.

Pros: Has a quick setup and supports offers unlimited projects. It includes time tracking and provides dashboards and reports that are customizable. It also works with Zapier, Google Drive, Dropbox, Box, and OneDrive. Provides documentation for working with APIs.

Cons: It is a bit expensive and lacks some features compared to other PM software. The interface is occasionally counterintuitive.

Pros: I like how easy to use and intuitive the software is. There are several default views available that all work together, making it easy to switch back and forth between views. It has helped our team become more collaborative on large projects we are working on, helping us close the gap on loose ends.

Cons: Sometimes I wish I was able to drag and drop the order of tasks (like you can in Asana) to prioritize tasks in folders, but this isn't a huge issue.

Overall: Increased collaboration and accountability across departments when working on company-wide projects.

Pros: Great user interface, allows you to easily move between multiple projects, actions and other features. Intuitive design means you are not hunting for the next page/ section or relying on the help section.

Particularly like the ease of flipping between the different project views- Gantt, table etc

Cons: Not necessarily a bad feature of the software but I have received quite a high level of emails and a few calls from their service/ sales team- I wouldn't usually class this as a negative but I would have appreciated a little more space to start using the software before I was being asked for feedback etc

Overall: Allowed me a cloud based solution for project management tracking with some use group working features- removed the need for going down a tradition MS Project route and allows me to work remotely on projects.

Pros: My favorite thing about Wrike is the very high level of customizability. There are so many features, and so many ways to configure your work/project. It takes some time to get used to, but customer support is there to help out when you need it. One feature in particular that isn't always available on other tools is the ability to assign a task to multiple people, which is really important for our team.

Cons: Because there are so many features and options it is easy to get lost. There are so many different views (and even customizable ones!) that it can be hard to find the exact thing you need when you are starting out.

Pros: Wrike has a lot of tools, and to name one as the best is hard. But for me, I have to say is the tasks - subtasks with dependencies, and the time tracking. This is what I always look for in a good project manager. The time-line report was very appreciated by my superior, he could see everything we were doing at once. The Print a project was really good, but limited for us. The folder and project was awesome for us, because we have so many projects at the same time.

Cons: My critic goes to the constant e-mails on everything that happens in a task or subtask. I use the daily digest and the notifications from Chrome. With a 3 persons team, I get +100 e-mails a week. It's good and bad, depends on how much you like e-mails.

Pros: I'm the export manager of a brewery located in a different city than my hometown. The production team set each fermenter tank of a new beer as a new project, we can discuss the beer profile in the specific chat for each project and do whatever action a project management app offer. But the absolute best thing are the different options Wrike offers you to see all projects together: list, icons, timeline etc. You can also filter however you want, ser up directly notifications in your email etc. It's also very easy to set up a new project and change it later if you have to.

Cons: Honestly there's nothing that I consider relevant but to say something maybe they could offer even more grafic options of showing your projects.

Pros: The ease of creating and assigning tasks, as well as assigning them to a specific client. I like the possibility of adding comments to a task. It's also easy to manage the status change of a specific task. The most useful functionality is the ability to view the tasks in different formats as table, kanban, timeline, etc. Really great tool to get things done :)

Cons: Sometimes is a little confusing the way the tasks are organized. The first time I work with Wrike it takes me some time to fully understand the organization of 'My Work', completed task, pending task and tasks assigned by me to others in the team.

Overall: Not only this software had help the organization to organize and assign tasks, it had helped us to get things done faster. With Wrike, we can track and manage the projects in a more efficient way.

Wrike is very easy to use and especially easy to search for projects.

Pros: I love how easy it is to search for certain projects and how you can make your cases populate at the type so it's easy to jump into them to update.

Cons: I wish the time tracking was a bit easier to use and I wish that you could modify your time added to a task and not have to delete it and start over.

Pros: I like the feature set that Wrike has to offer. It is intuitive and comprehensive. I like the fact that Wrike has a Dashboard view although I only used the free version so I was not able to access it. I did see the Dashboard in use and it was very nice to see everything all at once.

Cons: I did not like that most of the key features were at a cost. I thought some more should be included in the free version so I could see them at work over time. Overall when looking into the software I was not impressed and thought some the marketing was effective but the overall product was lacking.

Overall a useful tool; somewhat complicated at first, but once you interact with the dashboard a few times it becomes second nature.

Comments: Great for collaborating with co-workers!

Pros: Clear layout, many different ways to view project timelines and tasks that need to be completed, easy to collaborate with people who are also using Wrike.

Pros: I like the ease, the various custom options as well as the reporting features. It is very easy to train new associates with all of the videos and collateral provided from support.

Cons: I wish there were more automation tools for assigning and completing tasks. The calendar view is just terrible. The timeline view is confusing and will not perform how we need it it. Customer service sends me to twitter for updates. I don't like that either.

Overall: By having accountability and a clear cut understanding of who is responsible for tasks, we benefit from Wrike.

Pros: Wrike has a very user-friendly interface, intuitive shortcuts, responsive forums and help request functions, so the answer is never far away if you get stuck. Planning tasks for the day, week, and fortnight is simple, as is managing overdue tasks and keeping an eye on critical dependencies.

Cons: Functionality is extremely limited on IE, so some team members get confused between multiple browsers when they're working. Functionality is also limited depending on the license bracket you're in, so what you see happening in the pilot won't necessarily happen if you start out on a smaller-scale once you purchase.

Overall: This software is becoming core to the central administration of projects across three teams in the service. I would not be able to manage the staff and workload here without it - delegation has become much simpler!

Pros: We love the transparency of it. We know what everyone is working on and the status on our projects. We can report on our work and quickly make adjustments to the backlog when needed. Collaboration is better than ever before and the ability to report has been incredible.

Cons: There are some buggy things we've found with how projects are sorted in the My Work and Folders areas. It doesn't cause a major stoppage, but is more of an annoyance. We do wish that there was an icon next to a project if there are attachments on the project, just like the paperclip icon next to the title of a Task that shows that there are attachments. Also, the ability to duplicate reports and give selective rights to reports would add so much more value to an already great software.

Overall: There are many benefits we've seen but the biggest benefit is transparency, collaboration and reporting.

Pros: Multiple chart options for displaying timelines
Easy comment buttons (can just reply to an email and everything is captured)
Ability to create custom folders and other set up features
Can grab a visual of a project in under 30 seconds
Customized reporting options

Cons: If you don't do the training up front or keep up with updates you can easily get lost. Wrike has some awesome features but you have to stay on your toes to take advantage of them.

Overall: We're a small team of about 15 employees and were originally hesitant to bring on a project management software since email seemed to be working alright for our needs but after realizing things were getting lost in the shuffle, we decided to try Wrike out.

I'm so glad we did. We've been using them for about three years and it's really helped us move forward in project planning and scoping. Right off the bat, Wrike held a training for our company. They did an in-depth training for those of us who were looking to learn the application inside/out and an overall training for the rest of the team. Sure, lots of people do training but then they followed up about 30 days later to uncover what we felt was lacking. From there they did a second training where they helped us customize our work space. I thought that was a really nice touch.

Currently we use Wrike to manage internal and external team hours, create project scoping timelines, uncover potential roadblocks and to get everyone on the same page about changes/updates/etc. It's a great tool. One of my favorite features is that you can print individualized reports for a person or print out the total hours by project.

I'd love for Wrike to add more color and font customization options just because it's hard to see changes sometimes in the comment boxes. I'd also like to see more customization options for the interface for individual users. Overall, I'd recommend Wrike if you're looking to grow your business efficiency.

Pros: We thought it was a powerful tool -- but none of that power is accessible if it takes too much time and energy to use it. (for a small staff)

Cons: Time consuming to update projects.

Overall: We paid for a year of this software, with all the best expectations. However, as we began to use it, we found that for our size organization, it was more time and trouble to keep it updated than it was not to use it. Their no-refund policy is incredibly customer-unfriendly, and, as a small education nonprofit, has really deprived us of a sum that is significant to us, for a SAAS we are not able to use. It's not like a product that we used up so we can't return it. Wrike would incur no additional loss for bandwidth we didn't use by refunding us our money. Frankly I am shocked, and would tell others not to take the risk of purchasing it. As certain as you may be that it meets your needs, the risk of finding out you don't like it as you go along, or circumstances change, can cost you a substantial sum.

Recommendations to other buyers: Caveat emptor.

Comments: Wrike is a super efficient platform for collaboration and organization within a business. It can organize tasks, schedules, discussions and company files all in one shared place. It can also sync employees, and can even get clients involved. There are 3 main components to this app which consist of projects, folders and tasks. And while the benefits of this app far outweigh the negative, my biggest issue with Wrike has been that the setup seems a bit confusing to me, and outside of the Wrike webinar that I took, there are no tutorials available online to walk potential users through in order to make usage of the app more efficient.

Pros: The creation of projects with the ability to assign subtasks and dependencies is a really great feature. I also really like the "timeline view" which enables users to see the progression of a project, including all of the dependencies, so that if something is delayed in the process of a project, we are able to project how much time it will take us to complete the entire project now with these varying components and the change of events / due dates.

Cons: It does not have a shared calendar for employees to view a daily, monthly or yearly tasks divvied up, and there are no tutorials available online to teach users how to use the app. I also feel like I could be doing so much more with the app than I am currently aware of. But I am finding difficulty in navigating through it without any sense of direction. This is especially a little frustrating for people who are new to project management, and really have no idea where to begin, or even how to divvy up the tasks in a comprehensive manner for all of our current employees. It would help to have tutorials, offer one-on-one sessions, or even just to have little pop-ups that explain the app as you go, with helpful hints and tips.

Recommendations to other buyers: I would advise others to explore this app, it is really useful if they can take the time to teach themselves how to use it.

Pros: I liked how you could visually see the status of a project you entered into the system and see how many projects were assigned to co-workers. This allowed us to easily tell who had fewer projects and more time to complete work.

Cons: When using the two-step authenticator, I disliked having to open a separate app to receive the code. Often times the original code would expire before I had a chance to enter and it caused me to refresh several times. I also disliked the number of notifications the system sends for a project.

Overall: Our company attempted to use Wrike to manage several pieces of content we were creating for multiple client projects. However, because of the volume of content, we were producing and our internal editing process, we found Wrike did not help us manage our needs. For a single client and/or project, Wrike would have been beneficial, especially to help our project managers track progress over time. Overall, the system was fairly easy to set up and manage.

Comments: This program stands apart from many other programs that I have investigated for project management! Even today I still use the free version to keep track of little notes and schedules on multiple projects. The full version allows you to set up contingencies to make sure you do one thing before another! It's great for setting up reminders and adding little notes. I know I work on hundreds of projects and each one is a little different. Wrike makes it easy to add notes pertaining to one project and then look it up again when you are ready to move to the next step.

Pros: The free version is incredibly powerful and offers a lot of useful tools right out of the gate

Cons: Wish it had a little more functionality and reliability with scheduling. When I really relied on this for scheduling I found that automatic (behind the scene's) features would adjust the dates I entered which caused me to miss some deadlines! Wish there was a way to override scheduling/date changes

Recommendations to other buyers: It's got a great free version what's the harm in giving it a try? For paying nothing you really get a lot!

Comments: This tool is very easy to use. Most of the navigation and functions are intuitive. It doesn't require a lot of time to set up the tasks and even assign them to various users. Even the administration of the tool isn't cumbersome. I've loved using this tool!

Pros: The communication and notifications are very good.

Cons: The only complaint I have is that the view sorts of the tasks could be a little better more like Excel.

Comments: I am a software developer by trade and training. We (my wife and I) decided to try our hand at flipping houses. Naturally, I wanted to find some software tools to help support us. After trying many tools we settled on Wrike. My requirements were as follows 1. Was inexpensive enough that we could afford 2. Was cloud-based and had a good experience on mobile and web 3. Allowed us to assign resources to a project without them actually having to use the tool (Good luck getting most small shop trades ppl to use your new software tool) 4. Allowed us to keep information together for a given project 5. Helped us gauge job end dates 6. Allowed us to see critical paths in tasks 7. Allowed us to see where slips were going to happen before they happened 8. Allowed us to do post-mortem reviews of projects so we could use data to hone in on our weak spots What we didn't need 1. Document collaboration 2. Group Chat 3. Group workspaces (i.e. we weren't hosting meetings etc out of the software) 4. Didn't want/need CRM or invoicing features Wrike fit the bill in most of the things we needed. In addition, I have found their customer support to be outstanding, both over the phone and in online chats. The price for higher end features can get expensive, but all in all, it is a good value for the money and would recommend to other people with similar needs. I look forward to seeing how it scales with many projects.

Pros: - Intuitive interface -Great mobile solution - Dependencies are easy to create - Reasonable price - Great support

Cons: I wish they did not impose a 5 user minimum as we are much smaller than than. I also wish the project sharing was slightly more intuitive

Recommendations to other buyers: If you are looking low friction way of managing timelines and tasks then I think this tool is great fit.

It's the WRIKE choice for your business :)

Pros: Versioning and editing capabilities.

Cons: Lots of features, so it can get overwhelming.

Overall: We began looking for a marketing project management tool last year when we grew frustrated with the IT-focused service ticket tool we had tried to modify to meet our needs. After reviewing several different products, we decided on Wrike. The interface was clean and simple to use, it was an inexpensive system (and thus helped our argument to spend money on functionality that we "already had in-house"), and the sales representative was helpful. We have a team of five creators/designers so we purchased a five-seat subscription; however, you can add unlimited "collaborators" if you need, for example, some outside your team to review your work (in our case, our compliance team has to review our work but wouldn't otherwise use the system). We've created a form for others to use to request work from us (a super easy process) and customized the workflows and categories to meet our needs. Our creative team's favorite feature is the Adobe integration; they love that they can pull up Wrike in a sidebar when they are working in Adobe. I love the Word document editing integration (I'm the content person). And we all love that we can make comments directly on the document for editing and that the document creates versions for easy reference. Our old process was to upload, download, print, markup, upload, repeat. You get the picture. Overall, we would highly recommend Wrike.

Recommendations to other buyers: We love it and continue to expand its capabilities and usefulness as we learn more.

Comments: Wrike is a combination of traditional project management software (like Microsoft Project) and a professional social network. This product takes the responsibility of the project manager to maintain and update the project and spreads it out to the whole team.

Each task or subtask has its own chat history, so communication between stakeholders is easy and auditable. Those team members with the appropriate permissions can update the task's schedule and Wrike will automatically adjust the whole project. Users can also attach images inline in the chat history, and attach files to the task.

At my work, we use Wrike to manage high-touch test execution projects. These are particularly suitable because the test staff often has questions for design engineers or team management. It is very useful to have all of the Q&A, testing documentation and reports in one place for a given task. Another feature we use frequently is the task checklist - small items in the task description that don't necessarily warrant a full-blown subtask.

I work remotely, and Wrike has made it possible for me to manage detailed preparation for a complex testing project without ever setting foot in the lab. I can imagine it would work well for other types of projects in many other industries.

Comments: There are a handful of ways in which I use Wrike: project management tool, personal organizer, and wiki.

As a project management tool, it is useful to be able to create folders or projects full of tasks and share them with your team. I like that I can assign tasks to people and Wrike can automatically send emails to notify people that they're responsible for a task or subtask. Wrike has many of the features you would expect from a project management tool, such as dependencies and date constraints. Unfortunately, though, Wrike lacks a field that allows you to enter a workload in terms of hours. By default, you can assign date constraints and a duration. This is useful for viewing your project in the Gantt view, but it is useless for Workload view. Wrike has a great feature in Custom Fields, which can sort of be used as a workaround for the Workload shortcoming, but why not include it as standard?

Since Wrike gives you the flexibility to make tasks as incomplete or as fleshed out as you'd like, one can imagine many useful applications. Tasks and folders are merely vessels and if they can be filled with objects and given handles that are useful to you, then they can serve different purposes.

I have folders that I use for staying organized. Wrike is comparable to Microsoft OneNote in this way. Rather than covering my desk with Post-it notes, I create tasks in Wrike. Wrike is like a second brain that lets me forget about the note for the moment and come back to it later. Wrike has many features which make it easy to change a task into whatever you need it to be. Later, my note might turn into a project, or it might remain a private information repository. A useful feature to add would be optical character recognition (OCR), which would allow me to scan documents and turn them into content in a Wrike task.

Since Wrike allows you to edit access down to the specific user or collaborator, it can be used like a wiki where you want to share information with other team members, but restrict access for others. I use Wrike tasks to keep track of useful information that I want to share with select few people, which I wouldn't be able to do if I put the information on the company intranet without considerable burden on the IT department.

Beware of one major downside to using Wrike, which is that it is dependent on a fast internet connection. Without that, you won't be able to access or edit your information.

Comments: In addition to seeing who is working on what project, this application allows each employee to be in time with respect to a calendar, Gant chart and timer. This also allows the employer to know the actual and not estimated time for each project and adjust prices accordingly.

Pros

Wrike allowed us to optimize our time. Easier to make the "dispatch " Internal communications related to projects, so easy to trace the activities of each job.

Cons

It lacks an integration that would be useful, with BaseCRM to create a task in a new project or existing project when a deal is concluded . It also lacks integration with Xero to notify Base or Xero when a contract is completed. The communication system is not intuitive enough in my opinion.

Pros: The collaboration and conversation tracking tools are what have kept this as part of our ongoing product development toolkit here for the past two years. It is fast, responsive, and extremely flexible, serving a variety of different team configurations.

Cons: Search! As our database has grown we have far outstripped the search capabilities of the product, to the point where we've had to add in a few hooks to our workflows to keep even the basic function working. That and partial resource loading HAVE to be the next development steps in the pipeline or the company won't retain the customer base.

Overall: Wrike is unmatched when it comes to getting a rough sense of an overall project timeline and resource needs in a fast, low-overhead manner. Where other Project Management tools have either a steep learning curve or substantial upfront cost (or both!) Wrike is ready out of the box, when you need it, and as easy to use as typing a to-do list. That coupled with the cloud-based real-time collaboration engine and you have one really versatile, richly featured tool.

Recommendations to other buyers: Brainstorm early, Gantt often, and make sure you actually check the critical path at least daily on short timeline projects.

Comments: After reviewing a variety of PM software solutions, I recommended Wrike to the company I had recently joined. As a dedicated Project Manager, I have the luxury of dedicating time to learning how Wrike operates, setting up the folders, projects and naming conventions as other team members joined in. We were assigned a Wrike Consultant who has guided us through the steps of their Deployment Plan, ensuring we are on track and answering any questions that arise along the way. We still have more features to incorporate into our routine and we're excited about their application.

Pros: The @mention within tasks provides seamless documentation of communication between team members. The timeline view with dependencies allows for a fantastic overview of a project's progress with the freedom to adjust as necessary.

Cons: Shift+Return is generally used to enter a new paragraph. Within Wrike, it is used as a full enter - which results in a lot of submissions requiring editing because the user expects this to simply create a new paragraph. Still trying to determine how to incorporate communication from external sources (ie email from non-users or Slack messages are being copied/pasted which is time consuming and inconvenient).

Recommendations to other buyers: Use the free trial period to its full extent before committing.

Comments: I've been using Wrike (enterprise) for the last year and it's a good project management and task management tool. Real easy to setup and configure. Excellent built-in Gantt charts for easy visualization of project timelines. Task tracking and collaboration with team members is fairly easy as well. We tried to use it for our SCRUM and failed - while you can setup issue tracking and SCRUM task statuses, it's not designed to do that. Nor is it designed to be a CRM. We were sold on both these features but it's far from there.

Pros: Excellent UX and ease of use. Consistent UX across platforms - computer, tablet, phone. Easy to search and find tasks. Excellent task organization through tagging.

Recommendations to other buyers: It's like Slack, but better. It's much better than MS Project. It's not like Jira - but Jira isn't great either. It won't replace your email. It won't replace your CRM.

Pros: Great features like projects folders, tasks and subtasks with deadlines . Also great flexibility into who can see what. Great if you have freelancers or others outside. The mobile app is pretty good too.

Cons: The UI is sometimes overcomplicated. Things like selecting multiple tasks can become cumbersome. Also sometimes finding tasks seems like a witch hunt. Time tracking is not the easiest to do on the platform.

Overall: very robust project management tool with great feature potentials but usually these are all premium features that you need to upgrade to. Sometimes the process and interface just seem too complicated. that said, the tool does a good job with projects and task management and even time tracking.

Recommendations to other buyers: The pricing model is very restrictive and you are required to go into some unknown pricing model once you hit more than 15 users, which is quite small and means this is probably not the tool for an agency with a large team.

Comments: Wrike worked well for me. I'm in accounting so I took advantage of the time and budget feature, also file management. Before, we were just using Google Docs but this is much of efficient. It's a big transition going from all old-fashioned paperwork to a big database. It's definitely something I would have to get used to as I am not the most tech savvy person in the world, but it's easy to use as I said. And the customer service is great too with help guides, etc. I also found some Youtube videos that helped with learning how to navigate the program. Wrike was a lot like other products that's why I gave it just 3 stars. It seemed pretty average as far as I don't see any edge above the competition, but that doesn't mean it isn't a great product because it's GREAT!

Pros: Helpful, Time and Budget, Accounting

Cons: Average features

Comments: If it was up to me, I would definitely choose Wrike for our office! Our company tested out a few sites from Software Advice and this was my favorite. Comments: I spoke several times with reps for Write. They were very pushy. I needed software for two users, for internal management of construction projects. They kept insisting that I need an upgraded account and that it would work great for my needs. It wasn't, and we didn't need to spend a premium amount for our needs. I did a software walk-through with reps and they were trying to fit a square peg in a round hole. It is not ideal for construction management, and it is greatly overpriced if you only need it for a couple of project managers. However their sales team hassles me to this day, and I wish I had never tried the program

Pros: Clean look, easy to use

Cons: Upgraded account adds more features and confusion that doesn't well beyond traditional cleric functions.

Comments: After shopping around Wrike were a good balance between cost and functionality (bang for buck) particularly as a small business. I found the workspace fairly intuitive although there were a few bits of clunkiness here and there.

The only missing element for me was the lack of automatic link between time logged to tasks and time remaining. Adjustment of time demands of tasks remains manual and it did become a little cumbersome and time consuming to continuously adjust these numbers (i.e. like a spreadsheet).

That being said the project team communication and documentation functions were great.
