The platform looks nice and tidy, is very simple to navigate through and it takes minutes to understand it. Lots of great rewards and the direct connection to their Eshop is phenomenal. I also love that I can use my Epoints to plant trees, it gives me a sense of well-being and happiness. Cons Nothing, it's a great service, I'm looking forward to seeing how it improves over the year. Everyone in my team have said how much they vaule getting ecards as a reward especially with points attacted for them to spend. Cons We didn't go live with nominations but now we wish we had! I don't have time to be sending manual recognition so Each Person has made it easy for every one of my team members to actually get recognised via the system. Speaking to my employees they love little animated Ecards the Each Person team add into the system every month and really value the deal they get via the Epoints shop. Cons I think the platform could be slightly easier to use for the less tech-savvy person. You have to know how to use a computer quite well which a few of my staff find hard and need extra support with. It definitely has assisted in developing a positive reinforcement culture. Cons I find it somewhat cumbersome to search the desired historical recognition data of an individual. Pros We use Each Person as our incentives platform where managers can reward and recognise our employees for their hard work and dedication, the system is easy to use and everyone has access. The range of products is good and the opportunity to earn cash back and save money is especially important in light of the cost of living crisis. It is an extra benefit as well as a rewards system that we can offer our associates. Cons As an admin I wish that it was possible for me to reset user passwords to make ut easier for associates whose emails are blocked when sending to external addresses (ie support team) Review Source ML Melissa L. It offers a great choice of rewards and discounts. Pros Simple, easy, great clean visuals. Easy to customise, great choice of rewards and friendly helpful support staff. Cons The Diesel card option was one of the main reward features that attracted us to the platform however we only learned AFTER we signed up that this only applied to mainland UK and not Northern Ireland where 90% of our employees are based. We requested this feature be "hidden" from our users but this has not been actioned. Reason for choosing Each Person We liked the pricing and the Climate Tree planting aspect which we felt was unique but complimented our sustainability and social value commitments. The reward and recognition feature is what I like the most. It provides us the way to appreciate co-workers and thanking anyone for their help with simply appreciation message, reward points or even a gift. Isn\`t that cool. Pros I'm not sure what we did without Each Person. We spent most of our reward budget on paper thank you cards or boxes of chocolates. It's nice that every employee actually gets to spend their reward on something they need/want. We chose Each Person mainly because of their use range of gift cards. Cons Sometimes because there is such a big range of products as a manager you do find it hard to choose from how many there are. Reason for choosing Each Person We found Each Person the cheapest. Pros My team really like that we aligned ourselves to climate change as well as giving them really great rewards. I oftern get the feedback that they appreciate the gifts that the managers of the system choose for them as they are really personal. For example one of our team members got married and through Epoints we gave that employee vouchers for BA towards their honeymoon and they got cashback on those vouchers as well. No one comes close to Epoints and Each Person that I've come across yet. Cons We do find that sometimes we forget to send our employee of the month nominations until the very last second. The shop has a lot of product variety and the recent release of the Each Person Diesel card offers much needed support in the current cost of living crisis.
