We improved our SharePoint ROI, reduced our costs, time and space for storing of documents. Also the Fotopia viewer enhanced our team collaboration using their annotations, signature and stamping features which was great along with the arabic and english OCR which is very important for our business. Overall our documents are now organized, well placed and easy to retrieve and work on! Pros Ease of Use and very easily implemented on our SharePoint. Cost effective, the stored documents size significantly decreased and we used our SharePoint server resources so we actually saved money, time and space. Also, the team was very supportive in installation and whenever any support is needed. Also the documentation was very good and communication overall. Cons In Fotopia capture the system used username and password other than the Active directory user name and password so any user using Fotopia capture and other systems should have user accounts.
