“Very reliable e-commerce platform”

OverallI've been a QA for several hybris implementations, the best of it is that everything can be tracked and all info is easy to find and configure on backoffice.
ProsThe new backoffice interface is way more user friendly that the previous HMC console
ConsStandalone cockpits are still very slow and not very intuitive

OverallI used SAP CX (aka Hybris) since 2010 and I still use it. it just the best e-commerce platform

“SAP has good tools to organize our online marketing”

Overallexcellent multichannel marketing tool that helps us plan and manage our marketing channels
Prosit helps us to have accurate information about our CRM, it also helps in the segmentation and planning of our different marketing channels. After gathering all these data we have a clearer vision of interests, movements, tastes of clients, as well as possible recommendations to increase conversions.
ConsThe integration process was cumbersome and it took me several hours.

“SAP Hybris ”

OverallI think SAP Hybris is one of the best tool out there for e-commerce B2B and B2C. But best to work with good implementation team and developers.
ProsSAP Hybris has a complete set of features that can be customized for user's need. You can use any front-end tool to design the web site.
ConsIt is expensive for small business owners. Due to lack of documentation a developer find it very hard to learn this tool on his/her own.
