My overall experience is good, it's easy to learn, as well as to use. Wether I am on inbound or outbound mode the application adjusts seamlessly. Also, customer support usually fixes any issues promptly.

Pros

What I like most about Cisco Jabber is the very complete phone-like user interface. It's very complete in terms of features.

Cons

What I like least about Cisco Jabber is that it can be laggy at times, and call quality can differ from time to time as well.

A volte l’applicazione può risultare un po’ pesante e rallentare l’avvio, soprattutto su computer meno recenti. Nulla di grave, ma potrebbe essere ottimizzata meglio.

I like how intutive and easy to use it is! Coming into work everyday and booting up Jabber is as simple as opening up my Email.

Cons

Sometimes there are latency/communication issues between Jabber and Finnesse, leading to calls not being recorded.

I loved using Cisco jabber. We have recently switched over and don’t find it as easy as jabber. I liked that it was an app and you could use other web services while speaking on the phone

Pros

Cisco jabber makes it very easy to use as a phone with clients without using a personal number. I like that there is an app as well and call log

Cons

I don’t have anything negative to say about Cisco Jabber. It worked well. I would like to hear voicemails in the app rather than email notification
