It was an over sell. Lack the modern ease of use and flexibility found in other systems. Find it complex to understand and use.

Pros

Powerfull secretarial module. Great time recording. Very comprehensive client information database. Powerful integration with SARS for tax return submission.

Cons

Complex and user unfriendly. Administrative intensive. No integrated bulk email system. Lack of integration with online accounting systems. Steep learning curve. Very basic project planner.

This program is fairly easy to use. You can automate your business!
