My developers can design things more accurately when I send them XD files. Cons I don't like how slow it is, and how it doesn't work well with large detailed files. I have to separate docs to reduce the file size, it's quite inconvenient. It's also harder than it should be to animate things and to show transitions to demonstrate how something works in a new UI design.
