It does the job that a design tool is supposed to and includes everything I need to design quality interfaces. Pros It's a great entry-level UI design tool that integrates excellently with the rest of the Adobe Creative Suite. It had an easy to use interface with the functionality you'd expect from a design tool. Cons There were some parts that felt a bit clunky when compared to other tools, mainly sharing screens, creating prototypes, and other advanced functionality like components and tokens. Clients are seeing layouts in context, and that has accelerated approval times. For our workflow that saves us days of revisions and back-and-forth emails. Pros I initially believed XD was solely UI/UX focused when we first started using it, however; we’ve genuinely utilized it to quickly mock up layouts of signs and makeshift mock walk-throughs for clients. I like how straightforward it is to drag in branding elements and align everything nicely. Cons It’s not print native, so it doesn’t support CMYK or big resolution necessities like Photoshop or Illustrator.
