Cant really fault anything they provide. Pros The portal for MSPs is fantastic. When you first log in you get the info for all clients with the option to dive straight into the history for all tenants. This means any emails that a client may be after is normally on the front page without needing to drill down first. Cons There is a little jumping around between different UIs, but I’m told work is in progress to put everything onto one UI. It’s still a very workable product and this is just not picking. It's rare that I'll define a product as 'Perfect' and SpamTitan earned this title. Not a single complaint from our clients, not a single email lost, low false positive ratios and a super easy interface deliver the perfect experience at a very attractive price. Pros SpamTitan offers the best blend of usability, simplicity and effectiveness that we've ever encountered. As managed service providers we need a clean, easy-to-use interface and SpamTitan delivers exactly that. Its filtering is superb with very low false positives and excellent spam detection. Coupled with blazing fast delivery (zero latency) and pricing that is just right - we like every bit in it. Their package is comprehensive and their pricing model is excellent too, very reasonable. Pros 5 years of service, no viruses, malware, even malicious macros are filtered. The spam filter is fast, efficient, and their technical support when need (albeit rarely) is always response and quick to resolve issues. Cons On the base plan users only get a spam quarantine notification once a day and at varying times. There is a work around, but it would be better if they could be informed when something is quarantined versus only receiving those once a day. This impacts our sales and HR teams especially. They have made upgrades when needed and kept their product sustainable. Pros SpamTitan has been a valuable and effective asset for spam filtering. It has a shallow learning curve, and has been a value for the money. Customer support has been excellent, Cons Giving our staff the ability to receive emails was at one time a need but upgrades have been made and that is no longer an issue. We've renewed each year for a number of years because we love the reports and the fact that there's a responsive help line support. Pros Like the fact we don't have to think too much about whether we've got a spam check. It’s highly effective at blocking spam and phishing emails, easy to use, and offers great reporting features. I have no complaints—it does exactly what it promises. Pros I like SpamTitan for its excellent spam detection, ease of use, and strong phishing protection. Its detailed reporting and flexible deployment options make it a solid choice for email security. Cons I don’t have anything bad to say about SpamTitan—it's effective, easy to use, and provides strong spam and phishing protection. Switched from [FortiGate Next-Generation Firewall](https://www.capterra.com/p/231835/FortiGate-Next-Generation-Firewalls/) I switched from FortiMail to SpamTitan because it’s easier to use, has excellent spam detection, and offers great value for the price. The intuitive interface and strong filtering capabilities made the transition worthwhile. Pros it's working, and have a lot off good features. Cons can sometimes be hard to find the features in the GUI.
