Pros

Actually we was suffering from spam emails a lot SpamTitan help us to remove this problem from our heads.

Cons

Its great but sometimes it blocks healthy emails also. For this i daily login and release that emails.

Pros

Very effective and easy to maintain. This is a very cost effective solution for a hosted spam filter.

Cons

User interface is not great and there are not a lot of options in it. It's not very intuitive either.

Has a plug in for Outlook 2016 to quickly mark spam/not spam

Cons

Outlook plugin unfortunately loses its log in details for Spam HQ every time Outlook gets updated! Latest update causes problems with IE11

Pros

SpamTitan is very easy to setup and administer. Users get a daily email with everything that is blocked so they can release anything that isn't spam

Cons

There isn't much to dislike but the interface on the administration portal is a little bit dated compared to some other solutions I've worked with.

It was a very good overall experience that definitely helps a company control spam

Pros

This software does indeed perform as it is phenomenal at blocking spam with a very high success rate.

Cons

The one thing I did not like about this software is that from time to time it blocked some email that was not spam.

The setup was simple but the solution was lacking the ability for us to manage the appliance. We couldn't control which rules we want to disable. Support took 4-6 hours to respond.

Pros

Price and the ability to have an on prem appliance

Cons

No sandboxing. Support was slow. Couldn't give us full control of the appliance.

Pros

It's can run as a separate vm. It was very easy to install on VMware and have it operational Within 30 minutes or less

Cons

Pricing for small business. I think there should be a lower price bracket for small businesses with 5 to 20 users

Pros

What is most positive about this software is the fact that this is advanced email security that is made simple for the average user. Also, another plus is that spam emails are blocked right away.

Cons

What is liked least about the software is that it can sometimes slow down my email system. However, this could just be because of my current Internet provider.
