I’m genuinely happy with how easy it is to use, especially since it works directly within Gmail, making email campaigns feel seamless and familiar. The ability to send personalized bulk emails, automate follow-ups, and track opens and clicks has made my outreach much more effective. I also appreciate how quickly I was able to get started without needing extensive technical knowledge. While there are a few areas that could be improved, the overall performance, reliability, and time-saving features make it a great tool for email marketing. Even just using a fraction of its features has made a noticeable difference, and I’d highly recommend it to anyone managing consistent email outreach. Pros The follow-up automation is by far the most valuable feature for me. I send a large volume of emails every week, and GMass completely removes the need to manually track who has replied and who hasn’t. Pros Very powerful for the needs of a small business like myself. The ease of integrations with my Google Sheets (because my CRM is small and something like Hubspot would be an overkill for me), the personalizations, and the automations GMass has built it makes well worth the price. Cons There is no onboarding wizard that walks you through the features - lost opportunity for a tool so powerful. Would also love to see the campaign dashboard improved so it's easier to track what happened with each follow-up. I've known about it for 6 years. I took a break from it, but now I see I need to be using it again. Pros Automation and consistency with follow up. I also like that it sends the emails individually and not in a mass text, and then gives me analytics to see who is opening those emails. Cons I want to be able to send more than 490 emails a day. Fix this part. This may be due to Gmail's terms though. See if Gmail can make an exception for Gmass.
