As someone who is new to email outreach and not particularly technical, I appreciate how it works directly within Gmail and allows me to start building campaigns without having to learn a completely different platform. The features are powerful, while still being approachable once you get familiar with the workflow. I’ve also had a great experience with the support team, particularly Ajay, who has been patient, responsive, and genuinely helpful while I learn the platform. I’m still relatively new to GMass, but so far it has been a valuable tool as I work toward generating commissions in my first role. Pros The biggest advantage for me is how seamlessly GMass works with Gmail. As someone who isn’t very technical and is new to email outreach, I found it much easier to get started without having to learn a completely separate platform. I also really appreciate the automation and mail merge features, and the responsive customer support—especially Ajay’s patience and willingness to help me as I learn the system. Cons The main challenge for me has been the learning curve around some of the more advanced features. Since I’m new to email outreach and not particularly technical, it took me some time to understand how everything works.
