Pros: New Hires can easily complete paperwork online prior to starting including mobile optimization which is awesome! The I-9/E-Verify Integration is great. The ease to set up a candidate.

Cons: The state form issue, we have many states and it continues to give forms for our home state which is confusing to new hires at remote locations.

Some things seem to be more steps than it needs to be.

Not being able to log in and approve multiple assigned tasks. Having to log in each time you click a task in an email to approve.

Overall: New hire paperwork being completed ahead of time.
