It puts a most of the information I need to use for my day to day work flow in a very easy to use format that I can filter & export as needed. It's nice to have the data update daily without me having to input the information.

Cons

Some parts aren't as adaptable as we would like.

Our project has not gone live yet, but what I enjoy the most is the superior customer service. The ability to customize the dashboards to hold and make sense of any data you have.
