They have always responded to our needs and challenges. Pros Easy to use. Very easy to set up and train new people. Very straight-forward interface for new users. Cons Limited options when using for a business. Email lists are cumbersome. Could use more options for business use. Pros The spam filtering is extremely good and was very easy to set up. We're also using it for archiving which so far is working great to keep the size of the front end e-mail provider box low. Support was excellent when we had a query during setup too. Cons Once using it it's great, but the lack of pricing information up front is annoying. Pros Extremely good at catching SPAM, easy to setup, easy to manage, and all around great performer. Customer focused, excellent customer service response and support. Cons Not really a true con, but at the time we were looking towards email archiving and they didn't have an offering to support that. After trying an interim solution combining Modusgate with GFI Mail Archiver, we ultimately left the product for Mimecast.
