No endless phone trees! We have also proposed certain improvements that they are implementing. I also sense that they work hard to treat their employees well, which, for me, goes a long way toward establishing goodwill. Cons There are some features that Dazychain is working to add, particularly with adding more flexibility as to assigning new intake requests to pre-existing files. As soon as we implemented Dazychain our team was using it constantly, it is easy to use, all the functionalities work beautifully and the search function is clear and delivers the results quickly. The customer support from the team is second to none, always happy to help and updating us with new functions or ways to improve how we're using it. Pros The outlook function for filing correspondence within matters is a game changer. Being able to search within the system for historical matters or correspondence has been incredibly instrumental for our team. The initial high level of customer service means that I am always confident to ask for assistance anytime. Pros Great training and customer service to get moving quickly and easily. Also easy to self-service for new actions. Smooth interaction with DocuSign too. Cons I have no complaints and am happy with everything so far. Pros DazyChain has made it easy for everyone in our legal department to access information, distribute work, and keep track of the status of projects. We also love the intake form function that can be used by any of our 2,500+ employees to submit requests for help from the legal department. It standardizes our procedures and makes our legal department more accessible. Cons Like any new program, understanding how to best use it and get it set up to fit our specific line of work, process, etc. takes some time. Once we got over that hurdle, it has been great. We have been using Dazychain for 4 years. The software gave us a reasonably priced product that helped manage the burgeoning demands on time. And it continues to fulfill that role. We do not use all of the capability of Dazychain, and we do not feel we need to. One of the benefits is the flexibility in the system; adjustments can be made as you decide functionality is or is not needed. Perhaps most importantly the software has undergone constant and very useful incremental development, reflecting a desire to to the views of users and to address them. That is why Dazychain continues to be an important part of General Counsel capability at Geocon. Pros The tasking and management capability Ease of UseLevel of support and training - willingness to tailor the system to our needsDazychain is constantly is evolving in thoughtful and useful ways. Cons Changing the access settings and users, team members etc is not intuitive. However, this is usually sorted out with a phone call. Dazychain is very responsive so it is a small con. We can download reports and manage the information in various different ways so that it is valuable for management. We are also easily able to find documents on a file The customer service is exceptional and the Dazychain team is endlessly patient and obliging when we need help. Pros Having Dazychain has finally allowed us to manage our documents and provide useful reporting to management. Dazychain is easy to use and very easy to locate documents which have been stored there. In the past we usually struggled with our document management process and when one of our staff members left it was almost impossible to find their work. This has all changed with the installation of Dazychain. In addition, we had no tools to show management the value of having an in-house legal function. Cons It would be nice to have the capability for internal clients to input their instructions directly to Dazychain. We had a few gltiches at the start at our end because of our IT email configuration but that was quickly ironed out. Reason for choosing IntuityAI by Dazychain Dazychain offered far more of what we wanted than any other product we looked at. As and when we need support from Dazychain, they are only ever a phone call away> Pros Easily configurable system, very easy to deploy and the team at Dazychain have been highly accessible and responsive to our requests for assistance. Also very reasonably prices compared to similar products. Cons Like most systems, there are some things that work for us and others that don't. Having said that, Dazychain has been really responsive in providing alternative options or adding new features to meet our requests. The ease of navigation and set-up of deliverables in a few clicks, saves so much time. Re-structuring to fit your evolving needs is also a great selling point. Staff are accessible and available to assist and guide on your DazyChain journey. Cons Search functionality could see improvements iro the "any" and "exact" fields. Particularly with change management during busy periods. They diligently supported us to invest time in utilise the software. Pros I love Dazychain’s ease of use and the ability for the legal team to “live” within the tool. The comfort of knowing all documents and information on matters is cohesively and intelligibly stored in one repository and that we can extract data to understand pain point for the business and performance of the team is invaluable. Cons Change management is always hard. Shifting out of primarily working out of email can be a challenge but is so much more efficient that once you start to see the data being produced it’s motivating to discipline consistency in using DazyChain. We were seeking to solve the problem of not having an electronic filing system able to be accessed by all legal team members. We needed a simple and easy to use for a time-poor and busy team. Dazychain is working really well for us and the support from the Dazychain team to launch the system and embed on-going use has been superb! Pros Dazychain is easy to use and integrates well with Outlook. In an email-heavy environment, Dazychain allows me to file emails to the correct matter in a couple of click, right from my inbox. The more I use the Dazychain system, the easier it becomes, as the system prompts me to file on recently used matters. I also appreciate the easy of collaboration between team members via Dazychain with the ability to tag a team member in an action item, or send a targeted message on a matter, and the convenience that these communications are then automatically captured on the matter. Cons I would like to see improvements with aspects of the search function, including being able to conduct a more targeted search within a matter. I would also like to see the introduction of a feature that would allow emails and documents saved to a matter to be easily previewed rather than needing to download the file to view.
