Pros Event through the beginning of the pandemic in March and April 2020, when many peers in the industry were having trouble getting their conference lines to work, LoopUp worked every time. Pros The convienience of undertaking a conference call from any part of the world. The app on the phone is so convienient for executives who are always on the go. Attendance on the calls is easy to manage and view so you always know who is in on the call. Cons Low-quality sound and imagery, voices are messed up, dragged out or hard to hear. I've had multiple high-pitched noises come through where I can't hear what the speaker is saying.
