I really enjoy loopUp, it allows me to see who is on the call and who has dropped instantly.

Pros

You are able to see presentations from your phone and interact from your mobile device.

Cons

Frequency of asking password, when you are the host.

Pros

LoopUp is easy to use. It does away with dial-in numbers and meeting codes.

Cons

I haven't had occasion to use LoopUp for video calls, but it works great for routine conference calls.

Pros

I can’t stand when callers aren’t on mute. You can mute them yourself from the control panel. Easy!

Cons

We haven’t experienced any negative issues so far using this software.

Pros

Product works reliably and has clear audio.

Cons

Operator is way too loud relative to normal speech on the call. Beeps for joining calls are also way too loud and obstructive to the call.

Pros

I like the ability to share screens easily and seamless way of bringing in participants from multiple geographies.

Cons

Need to make sure that you login or join as the meeting organizer, otherwise the meeting will not be propted to start.

Overall, LoopUp is a good conference line system. They are always making improvements so I would definitely recommend using it.

Pros

LoopUp is a good software system. I use it regularly and rarely have issues logging in and call quality is always very good.

Cons

There are too many login codes. I think the login could be simplified a bit. Numerous codes can be a bit confusing. And different numbers for different countries is also confusing.

Great functionality when driven by the app over other systems. Has some missing functionality compared to other systems.

Pros

The conferencing call service and functionality when launched from the mobile phone app is great.

Cons

Functionality and getting into a meeting when not launching from the mobile phone app is much more clunky. From a screen-share and associated tools perspective LoopUp functionality is limited compared to the system I previously used (GoTo Meeting) which offered mark-up's of the screen-share and recording (audio & video) if needed.

Ease of use when sharing screens. Having Loopup call the participants to a meeting is nice.

Cons

I believe there are other less costly options.

We're using LoopUp for inter company meetings. The software allows these calls and screen shares to be really easy. The fact that I sue it and don't have to worry about it is really good.

Pros

It is really easy to set up and then use. Screen sharing is really straight forward.

Cons

There have been some updates to the user interface which could have been communicated better

Loop up makes setting up a conference call significantly easier than the traditional methods. I have appreciated it so far.

Pros

I like most about Loopup, being able to view who else is on the call. The product clearly identifies which user is talking which helps when there are various parties on a conference call.

Cons

This may already be a feature, however, the host of the call should be able to allocate a call to a particular client which would assist with charging disbursements.

Excellent so far. I use LoopUp regularly for conference/international calls at work and prefer to use it over most other alternative options available to me. I have not had any issues with reliability or call quality.

Can sometimes be unclear as to which dial in number / option should be used or which is cheapest
