It is the value for money product. Easy to understand and operate for end users. Duplicates are eliminated effectly

Pros

Easy Configuration, Easy Navigation, Easy to use. Users can use the product with one demo. It has Customer Master, Item master and Supplier master management.

Cons

Customer support needs to be improved. Navigation can also be enhanced. Up gradation patches are frequent

Pros

The product has most required functions to manage MDM including workflows connected to the suite. IT is intuitive and require little training to use it

Cons

The software is easier to use if you already have an Oracle product since you will be familiar with the navigation

We used it to create 360 degree profiles of customer records to create business intelligence.

Pros

Ease of installation and deployment. It requires optimized Infrastructure compared to other industry BI tools. We could easily merge information from 25 plus departmental records to create 360 degree profiles.

Cons

Skilled resource availability is a challenge in Industry. We could not find a quick training schedule from OEM as well as readily availble resources to implement the solution.

Clean data, trust in the data, validation of the master data, better decision making ability as the data is correct.

Pros

Data modelling capabilities in Oracle MDM are decent.The business process management capability, the match and merge function, the data quality and profiling aspects are good too. Oracle gives more features out of the box, hence minimal customization is required. Also, keep in mind that some of the tools use the standard relational models while others use object relational or graph-oriented models. The later are far more flexible and provide the ability to model complex relationships with ease. Oracle MDM caters to Supplier data, customer data, item data, data relationship management etc.

Cons

The oracle support site should provide videos to understand the product. As of now, there are some documents available.
